Your front desk person Giovani was by far one of the most out going and friendly Marriott staff member I have encountered. I manage over 300 employees and you should be proud to have someone like him representing the Marriott brand. We really enjoyed our stay at the TownePlace suites. The location is good towards the end of the strip and they provided a shuttle to the area when we wanted to go to the strip. The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice selection of eggs, sausage biscuits, and gravy and many juices and fruits and yogurt. And also say that every member of the staff was excellent. From the servers at breakfast to the front desk clerks to the shuttle driver. It seems like everyone went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. They were so helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough thank yous to all the employees. and I would also like to say that our room was extremely comfortable. Everything was in order and I just couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had a homeless person sleeping outside of the hotel on the patio furniture upon arrival. The doors are locked from a security standpoint. The traffic backs up from the light 99% of the time, it's a huge hassle to try to pull in and out of the hotel. The hotel just didn't seem clean. I stayed at another Marriott closer to the airport that was much cleaner and spacious than these rooms. I cannot imagine staying here with other better Marriott options available.

Nora took great care of our kids during breakfast and keeps on top of refills! Plenty of yummy waffles and the preparation area is neat and tidy. There is a great selection of oatmeal cereal and the French toast is great too! Highly recommend this hotel as it’s kept like new

I stay here often. The staff are very friendly, especially Nora, the breakfast lady. I get a big smile and enthusiastic "Good morning" every morning I go down. The rooms are very nice, and always very clean.

I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the strip, free breakfast and shuttle bus service to Aria. There is a lot of construction going on nearby, making the walk to the strip a bit more challenging. I didn't get a chance to enjoy breakfast. I was disappointed to learn the shuttle bus service to Aria started mid afternoon and ended around 10PM and is reservation only. Due to the limitations, we used the shuttle once. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating.

This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in due to the hospitality, helpfulness and caring of the staff. We arrived at the hotel after driving six hours from Arizona and were exhausted. We were greeted by |Sabrina who was at the desk, welcomed us and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. She helped us print our airplane tickets for the next day's flight, suggested a restarant the meet our needs and asked Ken, the driver at the hotel to take us to and from to the restaraunt without any complaints. Our room was clean, comfotable, and had a great view from the 4th floor. Thank you To Sabrina and Ken for making our stay so enjoyable.|Can't wait to return! Valerie Kelleher

JT at the front desk was great. Made me welcome and valued as a member. I forgot a couple things and she gladly gave me some . Breakfast was also good. Walking distance to the South Strip and they also have a free shuttle to the Aria. I prefer to stay off the strip and this as as close to the strip as it gets
