Amin at the front desk is phenomenal! Every time we stay at the hotel he meets us with a smile and knows us by name! His polite and professional demeanor is one of reasons we returned to this location. The service attitude of the employees I interacted with while staying have made an impression. Towneplace is my home away from home and when I’m in Hobbs I stay here.

One of the better Towneplace Suites I’ve stayed at. Central location, very nice staff. Was fortunate to be upgraded as a Platinum member to a two bedroom suite which was much appreciated and a rarity. Sat by the pool as weather lovely but sadly the pool was far too cold to use which was a real shame. Breakfast good. Near a busy road so recommend a room at rear of property.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, nice big room with kitchenette. Breakfast was very good, big variety. Amine at the front desk was helpful, friendly and always had a smile on his face. It's always important to have an employee who makes a good impression. It sets the tone for your stay.

Do not use the washers and dryers here, our washer didn’t work here, and made a huge mess on the floor. The lady at the front desk refunded my money but seemed annoyed the whole time and it was like she was bothered she had to be at the front desk. I really use to enjoy coming to hotel when my family and I came through Hobbs. Not anymore. She told me I couldn’t put my clothes in the other washer because she thought they were oily clothes. The other washers were no better if Marriott cares so much about people putting oil and grease clothes in there washers then at least keep a couple in working order or put up a sign that y’all have been having issues with them.

It was a good stay. We were in New Mexico for a funeral. The room was clean and had a kitchen living room and two bedrooms. It seems the previous tenants in our room destroyed some items causing the TV to not work in one of the rooms, but service came right away and fixed that. Someone broke a water pitcher, and service immediately replaced that. It was a great place to stay, great pool and outside area, fantastic breakfast, and top service! I would recommend anyone to this hotel.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel and all of the staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with...this hotel will be my first pick when I the area. 5 Star all the way......

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and functional. The breakfast was well maintained and varied. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The only issue we had was they don't man the front desk, so you have to call for service sometimes. They come quickly, so there are no issues.

Best value in Hobbs. Rooms clean, nice kitchenettes, full size fridge and lots of closet space as well. This will be my go to place while around Hobbs for work.
