Everything about our experience here was excellent. The place is fabulous and the employees were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. We loved the room configuration and the services provided. The daily breakfast was also excellent. We had our family reunion in Nashville and our entire family stayed here.

We booked this hotel for the American Girl experience for my daughter's 7th birthday. From the moment we arrived, my daughter had a wonderful time and felt very special. Sonja at the front desk was so lovely and presented my daughter with a tiara and had her "sign in" on a special American Girl sign in sheet that we were able to keep. Her treatment of my daughter was superior to the staff at the actual American Girl doll store. I wish they'd have been as welcoming and kind. The room indeed had the pink rug, pink blanket and pillow, as well as a pink hand towel and wash cloth. My daughter was wowed by the balloons, American Girl doll bed, robe, and slippers. Cookies were soft chocolate chip and were really yummy. Coffee at breakfast area was also very good. Can't comment on food as we didn't eat breakfast.

Service is top shelf! While waiting for my wife outside the main entrance one morning around 8 AM, I noticed a guest from the hotel having an issue with her car. Her battery was dead she approached me and asked if I would give her a jump. I told her I was also a guest and had no way to accommodate. She went back in and spoke with the front desk. About 5 minutes later, one of the hotel staff was pushing her car out of the parking stall so he could access the battery. He then pulled his car around and jump stared her car. That is great customer service!

I am a die-hard, Marriott fan. If there's a Marriott branded hotel, I'm staying in it. The room was okay but attention to detail left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but the beds were sloppily made at best. Most notably was the service, which sucked. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that it took the lady at the front desk 30 minutes to check me in and I booked in advance, via the app. Maybe it was because she was new but I got the impression she was bothered that I showed up at all. It was in the middle of the night but also still her job to check people in. I probably wouldn't visit this location again.

Room was well equipped and clean. Checkin was quick and efficient. We had a room facing the motorcycle dealership and the motorcycles were very loud and disrupting. Friday nite was worse as they had a motorcycle rally. Request room away from that side. Breakfast was awful with little selection. Many days they did not even put many things out like napkins. The coffee was particularly nasty. They do not clean the pot daily and tastes really bad. On Saturday September 9 at 7:15am they did even have much food out. This is a employee training issue. Would likely try a different hotel next time.

Perfect location off I-65 and very convenient. Everything about this place is on point. Super clean, super friendly and well maintained. Desk clerk was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Positive: It literally was an apartment with everything that I needed in it, and given it was a corner suite even better. Hands down the best hotel room I¿ve ever had and I will be a regular for my staycations. Negative: One ice machine on the first floor. That is simply inexcusable. Hot breakfast options could be expanded a tad.

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, centrally located, and generous breakfast. I was so thankful that they provided gluten free options.
