We thought this hotel was just terrific - very clean and quiet, conveniently located. One upgrade I'd love to see them put in is an electric car charger, but other than that, the hotel was exactly what it purports to be: a very clean, basic, comfortable, safe place to stay. We'd particularly like to give a shout out to Beryl at the front desk, who could NOT have been more friendly and charming to everyone who walked in that door.
As I complimented the Manager on at check-out time, I rarely give a great review as there are always so many things which are not to my liking but in the case of my wife's and my stay, I could see nothing wrong. All the clerks there went out of their way to help me with directions, even taking me to the front door and showing me which street to take when leaving the motel to find an address. They were all very nice and I could tell loved their jobs. The room was great and the breakfast was super. A great place to stay and worth the money.
What a really pleasant surprise! You just never know if the good reviews are valid, but in this case, they definitely are. Starting with the front desk--the customer service could not have been any better. It's nice to feel welcomed and Matt is the GOAT.
My room was spacious, clean and stocked with the necessities. The beds were so comfortable and noise was non-existent. Even the shower had nice water pressure and the A/C was up to the task of cooling down the room.
The only thing, which was kind of weird, is that I a visiting gecko friend on my window sill. Guess he liked the room's view, too. It wasn't worth the time or trouble to have him evicted. We just ignored each other.
Be aware that there is a charge for parking, but with all of the other things that were so positive, a parking charge can be overlooked.
Thanks for an awesome weekend!
I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was so nice and super helpful! Matt was great through the check in process and hooked me up with the items I forgot. The manager helped me print a document I desperately needed to print. The complementary breakfast could use a little help. But it was hot, available on time and the gentleman taking care of it was nice and welcoming. My room was clean and I loved having access to the little kitchen area. 5 stars within this class of hotels!
We stayed here for a sports event and Alex of TownPlace was the MPV of our team!
Alex greeted us after a really long drive with a smile and understanding. He reassured us he’d help with everything we needed during our stay.
And he did!!! Alex worked the whole weekend and long days but always greeted us and asked how he could help.
He gave directions, suggestions, extended our room time and helped with check out process.
Above & Beyond Alex, well done!
The hotel was clean, large room and convenient to convention center & shopping.
Update... Since I stayed here the first time, approximately 10 months ago, for a medical appointment, the price has increased by about 65% -85% depending on the day of the week. I loved the location with my doctor's office across the street. But with the prices increasing so much, I can no longer afford to stay here. Quite a bummer! There should be some kind of medical center discount. I don't think that would break the bank for such a large hotel chain as Marriott. PLEASE CONSIDER A MEDICAL DISCOUNT FOR PEOPLE DRIVING SO FAR FOR SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS!
I stayed here a few times for medical appointments across the street. First visit the room didn't seem like it had been cleaned well, if at all. On the remainder of my visits, that hasn't been an issue. Rooms have been clean. Breakfast is good, the location is great, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. In having to drive 5 hours to see my eye specialist, I am very happy that this hotel provides everything I need to make me feel safe and comfortable.
Do not book here if you are not white male. 8:30 am, they don’t have any meat for breakfast, when we asked if they can refill the food they said they don’t anymore for today. Later one white dude asked the same question, they quickly refilled the meat. So you know who they are willing to serve.
Plus, wifi is not working and the hotel is close to noisy railroad.
Great stay, and just a wonderful front desk staff...Matt & Beryl and the breakfast staff were fantastic. My room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Thanks for a very comfortable stay.

This is the best-value hotel I've stayed at in a while. It looks brand new and it was sparkly clean. The location is very convenient to TCU (we were in town for a basketball game), but also quiet.

We have stayed in multiple chain during our trip from Texas to Colorado, stayed for 1 night at this hotel and not choosing any other hotel after today. Super clean rooms and decorated elegantly. Every disposable cup was wrapped individually, kudos to
Pretty basic hotel. Good for Cat 1 mattress runs if you're chasing Hyatt status. It's clean and updated enough. Would like to see new smart TVs but it was comfy. Walkable to some restaurants. Free parking.
This was a very nice hotel. The staff was super friendly and it had a very good breakfast with many options. My company booked it for me, so it was quite far away from where I needed to be, but that was my issue, not theirs. Would definitely stay aga
This is the review I sent them, but no one reached back out:
Checking in, the front desk lady didn't even acknowledge my presence. I didn't get a single hello or a smile. I even said "we got a high floor right? we're excited about a view", and she j
