Arrived on Sunday. requested housekeeping on Tuesday. housekeeping was a No show. was requested again for Wednesday. housekeeping was a no show. requested again on Thursday again, Housekeeping was a no show. We had to get all of our towels from the front desk. we had to take out our own trash. and request new trash supplies. Our body wash ran out again requested from front desk. Never came. Had to go to the front desk and get it. Maintenance in the room was a bit lacking. there is no rinse wash for the dishwasher and no one in the hotel Had never seen any. a knob on the stove was broke so we could not use it. maintenance was very good about coming to the room and fixing what was broke. The ladies in the breakfast area were great, very personable. Out going. Gave recommendations on places to go and visit. For the amount of money we spent to stay at this hotel These issues were totally unacceptable.

Marie made our stay AMAZING! She is seriously meant for a job like this one. She made us feel so at home even tho we are thousands of miles away!! She is so so personable & friendly. Very accommodating! I would recommend this place to anyone! Especially when Marie is on shift ❤️

I stayed here for the 2023 Women's Soccer Sunbelt Tournament. It is a very nice hotel. The lobby is spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable to hangout. My room was a suite with a full kitchen, desk, king size bed, and awesome bathroom. It was a very nice stay and will return when in the area again!

My business partner and I stayed here last week, as this was the host hotel for an event we were attending.||Our room was lovely, and very quiet. We were at the end of a hall, and there was a secondary door into a little space with 3 rooms there.||The kitchenette in the room was great... 2 burners, pots/pans, a full size fridge, etc. We only used the fridge, but knowing we had options was nice.||There is a nice table in the room, with enough space for both of us to work at our computers. Lots of outlets, etc.||The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast. An egg of some sort, a breakfast meat (alternated sausage or bacon), Jimmy Dean sausage/egg sandwiches, waffle maker, etc. Not bad.||The staff I encountered were all very pleasant and friendly.||The OWA retail/entertainment complex is walking distance from the property, and the sports complex is very close, as well.

Mattress was too firm for us. However, the room was very nice. Was like a studio apartment, complete with what would be needed to fix a small meal, including a full sized refrigerator. The organizer in the closet was a bonus. The complete breakfast buffet was very nice, with staff on hand to accommodate any items needing replenished.

Allison shirley did an amazing job getting my birthday room all set and ready for the weekend. Jessica and Kay made sure everything was just perfect. The room and staff are amazing.

Pros: great location, good breakfast (although they only had oranges as fruit on the first day), spacious gym, Cons: . I was on the first floor and there was a birthday party happening in the evening; they were still really loud when I went to bed, so I'm glad I had my ear plugs.

The best option for a soccer tournament team hotel in Foley! You can walk to Tropic Falls, the arcade for a quick trip between games and a few restaurants. The rooms were clean and studio double queen room with sofa bed was plenty of room for our family of 5. The lobby is nice and spacious to hang out and even a room with a foosball table. Great experience.
