Positive: The bed is very comfortable and clean with extra blankets in the closet. Love the kitchen and the sink. Love the sofa and the TV sets both in my suite and living room. Love the breakfast buffet. Love the friendly staff and others. Negative: So far I love the hotel. I stayed about 3 nights there, but I didn't see any housekeeping to clean my unit (maybe because I didn't request...I don't know). I was expecting the housekeeping can clean my unit or change the towel or put a new toilet paper.

The room was nice but at check out we was still sleep the desk Clerk came to the room around 1130 bagging on the door. I said we are getting up to leave about 10minutes later we walking out to go to our ride and police is coming to the room with the desk clerk talking about we blasting loud music, and we refuse to leave the room mind you he knocked on the door one time again we overslept and he waited till 1130 to knock on the door to wake us up then call the police right after that like we was refusing to leave so we will never spend are money there if you are black that morning shift clerk is a problem if you over sleep pass 11:01 they will call the police and add a lie to the story I definitely didn’t appreciate that unnecessary situation after spending $190 to stay there

I spend a very large amount of time here. The staff are always welcoming and will do anything to help make your stay better. The rooms are well-suited for extended stays: the kitchenette is perfect, the beds are always high quality and very clean. Staying here takes the sting off of being away from home for a long time.

The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and had wonderful amenities, including a full kitchen and stove. The bed is so comfortable. Love the friendly staff: Linda, Mindy and others.

We encountered a bad service at a Hotl and wasn’t satisfied with their service so we booked with Townplace Suites they welcomed us with open arms and their service was outstanding! We,re looking to book with Townplace Suites in the near future! Thank you!!!

Ended up here due to the hotel we originally booked not having any parking. Glad we ended up here. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. Didn’t care for a kitchenette until now. Really helped as we have our newborn with us and that comes with a lot of washing and sanitizing. The breakfast was good and all the staff was friendly

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. I had a dog with me a they charge me 100$ which is fine, but they did it 3 times. Called the 5 times about that, manager is never at the office and every person at the dest says we'll fix it and after one week it still hasn't been fixed. So check your credit card after you stayed there

Positive: It was very clean and as I understand it, very new, so things were updated and streamlined. My travel partner has health conditions so cleanliness was very important. I also liked the grill and firepit, though I didn't get to take full advantage of them Negative: The pool was cold. Rooms were a little smaller than I expected. Staff member at check-in didn't tell me where my room was located, just the room number (though it was obvious she was new and it was likely just an oversight)
