I love the decor of this hotel! It's beautifully decorated. The staff I experienced were pretty kind and willing to answer any questions I had. Breakfast wasn't bad either, your typical eggs, bacon, yogurt, and breads, etc. The hotel is also conveniently located near some restaurants, a gift shop, and gas stations. I have no complaint whatsoever. One last thing, I don't remember the guy's name at the front desk, but before my stay I called the hotel to see if they had a shuttle from the airport and unfortunately they did not. However, he was so accommodating and kind and offered me a few numbers to call for transportation to and from the hotel and from my cruise port back to the airport. It was very sweet of him to give me a few extra minutes of his time. Wish I knew his name, so I could properly give him a shout out.. But if you see this, thank you for your kindness. Again, I was very impressed with this hotel around! Give them a stay and see for yourself!
My favorite pre-cruise hotel in Cape Canaveral! Great location and amazing staff! Donna and Destiny at the front desk are wonderful! The rooms are huge and nice to have a kitchen so a great place for longer stays too. I rented an electric car this trip and they even have complimentary charging spots!
I booked this hotel through the Bonvoy app. In the list of available room rates, one was listed as 'Dont miss the boat' rate and was significantly cheaper. I see promotional rates offered through the Bonvoy app all the time and have never had any difficulty booking or using them, perhaps because I have achieved Gold Elite status.|When I went to check in I was asked if I was going on a cruise ( the Port Canaveral cruise port is about a mile away). I replied that I was not and was told that I don't qualify for the rate I booked and that I would have to pay $60 more per night. I explained that there was nothing in the booking process that said I had to be going on a cruise.|I was told that there was a button to 'See details' that I could have clicked on to have seen about the cruise stipulation. |Should guests REALLY have to go chasing down the fine print to see if they qualify for a promotional rate that Marriott offered them? Knowing that no one ever reads the fine print and placing the stipulation there that a cruise is a requirement is not doing business with integrity. Waiting until the guest is checking in, and same-day prices at other hotels have now gone up dramatically, to tell them you won't honor the rate you offered them is highly unethical. They saw I stay at Marriott properties right there in the Cape Canaveral area enough to have earned Gold Elite status but would still only come down $20/night, which was still $40 higher than the rate I booked. I called the Bonvoy customer service number and got the same 'you should have read the fine print' garbage from them with no efforts to make the situation right. |I went and stayed at a Hilton property instead and will be canceling my Bonvoy account and staying exclusively with Hilton properties from this point forward. Perhaps they will appreciate loyalty more.
Staying before our cruise. Absolutely worth it! Wonderful staff as soon as we came in the door. Very clean and very nice. Breakfast was great for a free buffet! We will stay here again!!
Newer hotel with good amenities. Room thermostat would not go low enough for a hotel on the ocean. When asked, the front desk said there is nothing they could do as the owner wont allow it. Breakfast was decent and the pool looked nice. Super convenient if getting on a ship the next morning.
Extremely wonderful staff from the minute we walked into the hotel. |Clean rooms, maintained very well. |Pools, fire pits, smoking areas are all clean and wonderful.|Hallways are clean.|Free breakfast buffet was great! |We will stay again!! |Cruise parking and shuttles available for extra cost.
The room was really nice and the view was great! For a $200 plus a night room I was very disappointed in some of the upkeep on this room #627. Attempted to take showers before bed and the walk in shower flooded over onto the floor very quickly. Used all but one towl mopping up water. Pulled cover and found a large clog of hair in the drain. Attempted to use the bathroom sink and the drain plug was stuck shut. Lever was moving . I took the access cover off and verified the lever was hooked up still so it must have been disconnected inside the drain. Tried using a butter knife to pop it up with no luck. This was getting late in the evening so I attempted to call the front desk however, the phone did not work. I found that the phone was unplugged. No biggie. I plugged it in. The message light started blinking right away. Verified no messages. Tried to call desk, calls do not go through at all just an instant busy signal no matter what options were attempted. I assume the bright constant blinking is the reason someone unplugged it. As it was late, I begrudgingly cleaned the shower drain so we could at least get clean and go to bed. Everything else was very nice about the room but sadly it already had enough disappointment to make it a not so great experience. This review is more about the room maintenance than the room itself. I am not the type to get upset and ask for my money back or a discount or whatever yelling complainers demand but I did want to let them know about the issues so the next person hopefully did not have the experience we had so I did explain the issues at checkout. They did thank us for letting them know. Not a huge issue obviously but it is annoying when the loud complainers get better than a "sorry about that we will fix it". I do think the rooms were very nice other than this.

So amazing! The immersive room is the nicest one I've ever seen. Relaxing and absolutely breathtaking. Great dolls and memorabilia. It's a terrific brief (about an hour or less) stop for people of all ages! Don't let the strip mall location keep
Lots of fun to be had here. My 5 yr old loves mini-golf. So we had a blast doing one of their 18 hole courses. We had hoped to also do the go karting but found out that you have to be at least 6 years old. We will be sure to come back after her birth
Great out of the way place to watch the sunrise, or take a walk on the beach with limited parking. A quick walk from this park, over wooden steps brings you to a very nice beach and a quiet place to enjoy it. Unfortunately it was cloudy today with s
This was by far the best dinner experience!! The food was delicious, so unique (lobster pot pie!!!), and everything is homemade, including the pasta itself! The atmosphere is amazing, perfect for any occasion, and the service was second to none!! The
Flying in from New Jersey we were looking for a quick bite for dinner. We ubered over to Grills from our hotel. Rose our waitress was exceptionally nice. Very patient with our 3 and 7 year old. Music at bar area was excellent.
Awesome food and service! Gator tacos, oysters Bernard, raw oysters, all awesome! They had great drinks, and our server was so on point. Close to the cruise ship terminal. I'd definitely recommend you try this. I was too busy enjoying to take photos.
We had the eggplant stack, highly recommend, and a Supreme pizza. Everything was excellent. Loved how thin the pepperoni was! Our waitress was personable, friendly and attentive but not overly!!! We will definitely be going back!
Yesterday we went to Tip a Few 2 in Cape Canaveral on A1A (maybe cocoa beach? Itâs kinda close to the line) anyway.. weâve been there a handful of times and every single time itâs a fantastic experience. We usually go early in the afternoon. A
This place was awesome! Really good food and they had Turkish coffee. I've never tried it before and probably won't again, but I'm happy I got a chance to try it. Their specialty French toast was super good! It had some kind of homemade bread and wa
