Positive: Everyone was really nice! We felt very welcomed at this hotel. The location was convenient to our needs. The breakfast was delicious! It was definitely one of the best we¿ve had at any hotel. Negative: The room seemed to be clean except for the shower which then made me question the rest of the room. There was hair all in the shower. The air conditioner was also very loud like something was broken.

Positive: I¿ve stayed at this hotel 2-3 other times now, and I will continue to stay here. Location is well lit, staff is efficient and polite. Easy check-in check-out process. Free breakfast has everything. Room is comfortable and has extra touches. Negative: Only issue was that dishes in the room weren't cleaned well.

Very disappointed hotel stay. It is a fairly new hotel but looked very worn. Hallways were scratched and marked. There was no hot water available for an evening shower. Both the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. Very little soundproofing- could hear neighboring rooms beside and above us. With so many other hotel options now in Auburn, i would stay elsewhere unless absolutely necessary.

We stayed in Room 328. They should not be allowing this room to be used because there is active mold growing in the bathroom as well as a large, scary stain which we believe is also partially mold. The room itself is basically fine, a little damp, but when we walked into the bathroom we were shocked at the large weird stain on the floor. The bathroom smelled like mold so we thought the stain was mold--it is very splotchy and right by the shower and there is other mold in the bathroom so mold was a reasonable conclusion for us. When we asked the front desk about it, they said they knew about it and that it was hair dye that had stained the floor. They had nothing to say when I showed them the other pictures though. They said they would make a note of it (even though they already knew about it and gave us the room anyways hoping that we wouldn't notice??) and we never heard anything back. We were only there 2 nights and barely in the room so we did not push to switch rooms, but all 3 of us that were staying in that room developed a cold on Monday which we believe is due to the damp and moldy room. We would like a full refund please and you should not be allowing guests to stay in this room until the mold is resolved

The front desk staff were friendly. The suite was nice. I loved being able to control the temperature in the bedroom. The only downside was the fact that are not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom.

This review is no reflection on the lady at the front desk. Room 328 was Gross, mold and mildew in the bathroom, hair everywhere and to make matters worse they had No Hot Water. After 15 minutes of running the water, I called the front desk and they told me to turn all the faucets on in the room, sink and kitchen and let it run for a few minutes and they would turn up the Boiler. After another 15 minutes that did not work, I called front again and they moved me to another room, same problem. Hair everywhere and water was not hot. I gave up and went to sleep. Do not stay here. Also after writing my review I noticed that just 1 week ago someone else had complaints about this same room with the same pictures that I took. They have yet to fix the problems.

Will not honor gov travel for tax exempt. Told me I needed to check in with that form and they will not honor the charges. I have traveled for 8 years and always provided the form at check out. When speaking to management, Bianca Pitts, was unprofessional and unpleasant. She was happy to tell me not to stay here.

You like a cold shower. This is your place. They don't turn the water heater up for hot water. You don't want your room cleaned and wasn't asked, this is your place. It's just not for me and I won't return.
