Brand new location with exceptional, courteous, and friendly staff. When I say this, I truly mean it. From the girl who makes breakfast, to all the front desk staff, the Management, the housekeepers, and the gentlemen that mop the floors, and empty the trash. The whole staff was amazing. I spend 150 nights a year in Marriott brand hotels, so my review comes with a lot of hotel experience. This place is GREAT!! Derek

I had some unexpected travel and ended up staying at this hotel, checking in late and leaving early. Kevin who worked the night shift was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me a comfortable room. He made the experience very pleasant and I want to thank him for the help in getting me exactly what I needed, a comfortable room, breakfast, and toiletries. Thank you Kevin

Solid hotel but the crowd strike cyber glitch caused hotel staff to have to escort guests to their rooms for entry, on our first night. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconveinence. The hotel was clean and fairly new. The staff should be commended for adjusting to computer/system issues while ensuring guests were informed and accommodated.

While I understand that new hotels might have some initial hiccups, the issues I encountered with my room were minor compared to the appalling customer service. The rooms had a couple of problems, which I was willing to overlook due to the hotel’s newness. However, the behavior of an employee named Valerie was completely unacceptable and overshadowed my entire stay. Valerie was not just unhelpful but downright disrespectful. Her dismissive attitude and rude demeanor made it clear that she had no regard for customer satisfaction. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism and inability to handle simple requests with basic courtesy. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, and it seriously calls into question the hotel’s commitment to guest service. Overall, the hotel needs to address these issues promptly, particularly with their staff training and customer service standards. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

Rooms were excellent, spacious, clean and well designed for families. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reduce, reuse, recycle was noted. Breakfast included.

The room was dirty I found food on the fridge, the Manager on charge offered some points and He never bring anything, he just minimized my experience, the breakfast wasn’t very good, they don’t have juice
