Beautiful (!!!) brand new hotel! I brought my daughter here for a quick weekend trip and we had a lovely stay. The lobby looks like it's a boutique hotel, the rooms are comfy and the kitchenette was great to have. Beautiful views from the room! The location was very convenient. Short drive to the village in Vail and also to Beaver Creek. Great hiking trails nearby. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious!
New hotel in a good location. The rooms have great features including an efficiency kitchen, an organization system in the closet, and comfortable bedding. Outdoor features include a swimming pool, a hot tub, yard games, a fire pit, and seating. Breakfast is included and has something for everyone.
Our family is traveling Colorado staying in a new hotel every night and this has been the best one we have stayed at hands down! But it was also one of the cheapest! The service of the employees went above and beyond for us! We had mentioned it was one of our boys birthday the following day, when we checked in and the hostess wished him a happy birthday as soon as we came down for breakfast. Then a card was dropped off at our room with a signed card wishing him a happy birthday and for him to come get an ice cream before we left from the front desk. The care of everyone had for us was amazing! I cant say enough about this place!
Great new hotel in the Avon area! Nice rooms, great views, and only a short drive to Vail or Beaver Creek. Breakfast had a large selection and great coffee. Only putting 4 stars for service as parking is $20 per night and was not told to us until after we committed and charged our card. No signs posted on the counter either to give anyone a heads up. Our trash in the kitchenette was also full from the people before us. These are minor inconveniences and would definitely stay here again but make note of the parking fee!
Fantastic! We loved our stay here. Everyone and everything was amazing. The front office staff to all the teams were very helpful, friendly and grateful for our business. Looking to coming back and spending a month next time. Congratulations on a well done job. Wishing you all the best in the future! Ps great breakfast!
Awesome location with hot pool in outdoor. Its new construction and interior is beautiful too. 10 mins drive to vail town. However parking fee is $20 and you definitely don’t have any other option but to pay parking fees as this hotel is middle of mountains and it has no near by location to park.
Being a new property, I understand that there are going to be hiccups here and there. However, despite the beautiful nature and scenic mountains, this hotel is a hellscape. From the moment my husband walked in to retrieve the room key (after I had checked-in via the app), he was met with a begrudging gentleman who proceeded to say we were not "checked-in" and then asked his female counterpart if "she could handle this customer" right in front of my husband. The woman behind the counter then started to argue with the gentleman if he had handled any part of our interaction, and then he proceeded to walk away. No apology for such an awkward entrance, not anything. My husband got the room key and then told me they were no rolling luggage trays to assist with moving all of our luggage. The room itself is small but efficient and functional. I love the compact kitchen - great for cooking our meals. That said, housekeepers were frequently seen around the elevators, just scrolling through their phones and scoffing at us as we walk by to the elevators. The main issue I have with this hotel is the lack of caring and absolute abhorrent customer service. After driving 15+ hours, suffice to say, my husband and I were both exhausted and wanting a good meal before retiring for the evening. After realizing no restaurants would deliver, he asked the front desk if they had a brochure of any restaurants around, and one of the ladies was polite but yet stated "all of them were given out already". I'm sorry...but why not print some more? Strange they don't even have a printer. The icing on top of this horrid cake was my husband (on his birthday, today) requested housekeeping services around 1pm today (8/5/24). He was told that they would be coming. Upon arriving back to our room at 5:15pm, we noticed the room had not been cleaned. I called Zach at the front desk who told me that he would check with housekeeping. I waited 10 minutes and did not receive a phone call back. So I called back, and Zach proceeded to inform me that housekeeping has an "internal schedule" of doing cleanings every other day at 11am. We were never informed of this "internal schedule", and Zach had no remedy for me. What hotel doesn't have housekeeping service upon request? At the time of this review, I literally have no toilet paper, towels, nor paper towels in this suite, and nobody is able to help me. I'm sorry, is this a 3rd world country??? I will never stay at this hotel ever again. My entire family and many friends travel to the Avon/Vail area every summer and I will make sure they are aware never to stay at this establishment. Worst stay of my life. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This was my belated honeymoon as my husband I got married in 2020 and haven't had a chance to honeymoon until now. I'm so disappointed. I hope that by writing this review someone will do something to remedy this disgusting and horrible service so you don't lose even more potential customers.
We had a member rate prepaid room that we got a month earlier and still somehow check-in took a solid 20+ minutes. A while in One person from our group went and ordered the food and that had come out before we were even finished getting checked in. She was obviously new and training, the thing is no one was training her. She went to the back several times to ask for help and at one point some guy came up and did something on the screen then scurried away again. I just felt really bad for her. Why didn't she have any support and training while she was figuring this out. When we got there someone was ahead of us and behind us, so there was plenty of opportunities for someone to have jumped in and helped . Even considering this was hotel food, it was atrocious. The water tasted like dust. The pizza tasted like pizza lunchables. The bar tender was on his phone- not the whole time, just while I was trying to check out. I ultimately went up to the bar to ask for my check.
Luxurious housing in Vail, Colorado. The unit is quite large with high quality furniture and appliances. Car parking is valet and complimentary to guests. There is also complimentary shuttles between hotel and near by Vail or Lionshead Village - In a
Staying in vail was not in our initial plan on our road trip to Colorado but we had one day extra and we decided to stay in vail. Iâm so glad we were there. This place was one of the best highlights of our 2 week trip. This property is gorgeous, th
We stayed in a townhouse. It was perfect. Small kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds. It was less than 10 mins from the village/lift. It was very relaxing. We even called the front desk for a couple things and they were super quick to respond.
Beautiful dog park. I stopped on my travels from the West Coast to the Midwest. Not far off the freeway and very friendly locals. Beautiful spot in the valley.
I was in Vail for a work trip with several colleagues and on a day when a few of us went skiing, we all decided to meet here for lunch during the day. The location and atmosphere is amazing, with great views of the mountains. The food was really good
Vail is huge, has awesome slopes, and stunning scenery. Coming from the east coast, it was absolutely jaw dropping when we first made it to the top. Definitely agree with everyone else that it's one of the most scenic resorts in Colorado.
Decided to try something simple and delicious, Blü Cow was just the right place. Their Swiss hot dogs are yummy, along with rejuvenating Uber Soup. Friendly service.
Great Italian restaurant in Vail. Highly recommend reservations, although one can arrive early and get to snag a seat at the bar (which often has people eating there). They have a nice wine selection, which because itâs Colorado, you can take your
From a wedding photographer's perspective, you really can't beat the Larkspur wedding experience! Stunning mountain views all around, an incredibly beautiful and intimate reception space, and can host one heck of a party! We recently photographed a w
First of all, I would like to thank the personnel! Amazing customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean! Unfortunately our room lost power and heating in the evening of second night, they fixed it fast, and for the heating brought us the portab
