TownePlace Suites Atlanta Lawrenceville - Hotel in Lawrenceville - 1740 Lakes Pkwy, USA

Conveniently located close to highway; upon checking in the front desk lady and in fact everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our request of a high floor, away from elevator was partially honored. My wife has a Service dog for PTSD and higher floors have less noise, we were placed on 3rd floor facing street with lots of traffic. Very clean hotel, room very nice, comfy bed and fluffy towels. Breakfast standard fare, gym was very nice…pool looked small but clean.

I stayed there with my family from Aug. 31st to Sept. 3rd. We had great service. From Darryl the cook who accommodated my request for breakfast, thank you; Jay, Tierra and Roxanne at FD who made our stay very welcoming. Maybe we might see you again!

The stay was amazing! The rooms were clean, service was amazing, the location was ideal. I would come here to stay again. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Very quick with service. They gave us water and offered us extra pillows, blankets, and Keycards. The best service we have ever received. Breakfast was amazing! Had a good variety of foods and was very stocked up. The oatmeal has many topping to choose from. The waffle machine was up and ready to use. Many options for coffee and items that are sugar free.

Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable, and towels are fresh and look new. Front desk people were friendly and especially the day we checked in, the lady at front desk was super helpful. We were very satisfied with our stays. But I gave one star is because I am disappointed for following incident: We checked out in 7/4 morning , after arriving at another hotel, I found out that my iPhone USB-C power adapter was left on the wall outlet at this TownPlace Suite hotel. So I called the hotel, the front desk lady was very nice and told me that she would go check. She called me back and let me know that she did not found the adapter, and no new guest checked into the room, would let cleaning maintenance check with the person who did the room clean. We stayed at Marriott hotels always when traveling and had times forgotten personal items in hotel and always got those back, but NOT at this location. Even though what I lost is not something expensive, it just made me feel uneasy with this hotel at this location, wanting to share my experience. I wrote this review after I got home and checked all my bags and made sure I did not make a wrong claim.

Tierra at the front desk is amazing! From the moment my parents and I walked in, she greeted us with the most welcoming smile. After a long travel day, it was so nice to meet someone so kind! The room we checked into (401) is so clean as is the facility. This will definitely be where we stay whenever we visit our family down here in Georgia.

The hotel stay was great! The checkin process was super easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had just about anything you needed; fridge, mini stovetop, iron. My little one slept on the sofa bed which was quite comfy as well. The breakfast was great. The hotel was centrally located to grab and necessities that you might need. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

First of all let me just say Amiah is amazing! We were truly so very happy we picked the hotel to stay at we were just staying for the night passing through Amiah knew how tired we were after explaining we just been driving all night and day and she made it happen getting us a early check in. I really appreciate at the southern hospitality here! AMaZINg! The king suite we had was beautiful! So comfortable and relaxing ! This is one of the best Marriott locations I ever been too. Their customer service is outstanding. There breakfast is amazing so much to chose from! I will definitely be staying here again when we come next year! Thank you Amiah.
