Staff is very nice ever after over 14 hours straight on the clock. The food is very good for breakfast. They have a very nice grab and go menu if you want a snack.
Room was great! Shower pressure was amazing. Only complaint, highway id extremely loud at night. DID HAVE A WHITE NOISE MACHINE
Location is awesome since it’s outside of the hustle and bustle of Asheville but close enough it’s not gonna hurt.
Great rooms and hotel. Close to the highways and lots of things like the art district, trails/parks and shipping. But because it's close to the highway you can hear it, they do produce sound machines to help and it mostly works. But if you're s light sleeper like me you may still hear the highway. No bathrooms, only showers.
This hotel has a lot to offer. Location is great. Directly off major highways. I was assigned a two queen studio room, which was well appointed. Breakfast was good with make your own waffle set up, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, apples and oranges. We had different hot foods each day. Biscuits with sausage gravy one day. Cheese omelette the next. ||What makes this hotel distinct from others is the caring staff. My mother had a mishap and the staff including Katelin showed their sincere care for her. I’m greatly appreciative of the care they took of her. ||All in all I would not hesitate staying at the hotel again.
We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend, location wise it’s a quick drive to downtown, the breakfast is nothing to rave about but does its job. Our pet was with us and we’re really happy with the pet friendly room, we had a double queen room which was very spacious and comfortable. The exhaust in the bathroom was not working and despite two requests no one came to fix it. We let it slide as we were out hiking most of the time. But overall would recommend especially if you have a pet.
I stood here while on a business trip and the stay was phenomenal. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was smoke free which I enjoyed. The hotel is in a great spot with restaurants and shopping less than 10 minutes away. Downtown is approx 5 minutes away. Staff was wonderful especially Erica who received me. I recommend to anyone who is visiting Asheville.
Booked a month ahead and got a room right by the interstate. They had a noise machine in the room but by the last night, I was just ready to get “sleeping” over with. Bed was comfortable. Room pretty clean. Bought our own breakfast as offerings were ho hum in our opinion. Marriott- don’t skimp on coffee quality! Would rather a few really good quality food selections than a bunch of not so good variety.
This hotel is on the outskirts of Asheville, however, the location is very convenient. It's just minutes away from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore. Both very easy drives. The Visitors Center and the Grey Line Trolley is a bit further but still not more than a ten minutes drive. I was a little nervous that it is literally on the corner of two major highways, but found that our room came equipped with a white noise machine. Once the traffic died down in the evening, along with the sound machine, we were not bothered at all and slept like babies. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quite modern, the breakfast buffet is as expected and the staff is very friendly. I would choose this location again over the hotels in the city center.
We stayed here from May 1, 2024 and ended our stay on May 9, 2024. Erica checked us in and she was awesome, we felt like family! We also were impressed with Lauren who was the acting General Manager! Their hospitality was top notch! There wasn’t anything bad to say about this place. All the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. That doesn’t happen too often. The entire establishment was clean as if brand new. They allowed pets and you couldn’t tell that pets were there. There was plenty of space to walk your dogs around the hotel. Highly recommend them and will stay again if we go through Asheville again!
