TownePlace Suites Asheville Downtown - Hotel in Asheville - 39 Elm St, USA

Very nice hotel/suites very clean, great central location and near some excellent restaurants. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and happy to accommodate your needs. Parking is plentiful with handicap ♿️ accessibility. They serve a very nice complimentary breakfast, eggs, scrambled or hardboiled, waffle maker bacon, some days sausage on other days, some fruit toast Bagels potatoes oatmeal or grits, with a verity of juice coffee teas or hot chocolate. My wife and I thought the prices for a week stay to see Ashville were very reasonable. Please note that there is not a pool. They have a workout room and laundry room if you need. I do believe they are pet friendly, but I would confirm that, as we did not see or hear any pets.

I loved this hotel. new, clean, nice gym, good breakfast, nice sitting area in lobby, easy parking....what's not to like? well, my colleague had a room facing the highway and said it was LOUD loud. I did not face the highway and loved it. It's the kind of place that would be great for longterm.||of course it's not luxury, but it is solid

The rooms are clean and quiet. The king bed in our room was comfortable. The futon that my daughter slept on was not very comfortable and would benefit from adding a mattress topper or pad. The kitchen in the room has everything you need to prepare and eat a hot meal. The included breakfast is really nice- eggs, hashbrowns, waffles, bacon, yogurt, etc. Way more than just a continental breakfast. I had to pay for parking but then there was no parking spot available. Mostly a great stay with just a couple things need improvement. I definitely don't think they should charge for parking when they don't have enough parking spots for all registered guests.

Not a 5 star review only because parking is not free (15$ + tax). Seems too much for a hotel not in downtown. Otherwise my kind room was clean and quiet. The front staff seemed friendly and helpful. They gave me a complementary water. Breakfast was nice too.

I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites Asheville Downtown, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The hotel was impeccably clean and exuded a modern charm. My room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a great variety. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Asheville! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beware before you book! This place is deceiving in their listings. We booked a king suite with a pull out bed for our daughter to sleep on. The room had a couch that pulls out to a flat surface. Absolutely no one could sleep on it. There was no bedding or pillows for it. We went down to the front desk and asked about a mattress and we were told there are none. We told them our daughter was supposed to sleep on that and thought pull out bed means an actual bed. The front desk refused to do anything to help other than send up “a few comforters” (which are so thin they will do nothing) and refused to switch us to a different room or a different hotel because “you already checked in”- despite the fact we came down to the lobby within five minutes. Do not book this place if you are needing to utilize the extra bed. It’s not a bed.

So comfy! The room was very clean, the pillows were super fluffy. The shower was clean and big, the window was big and had great light. The little vanity in the closet was perfect for girlies to get ready for a concert !!! We would definitely come stay here again

The staff are great, very kind, and personable, the rooms and beautiful and spacious, the beds are comfy, and the complimentary breakfast is delicious! This long-term stay hotel was perfect for my needs, as I was moving into town and didn't have a place lined up at first. Having the full-sized refrigerator, the cook tops, pots and pans/cooking utensils was really nice and helped me save some money while I found a place of my own.
