From the moment I came on to the property I felt the peace. When I stepped into the building Jessica greeted me with a warm smile and pleasantly took me through the process. The process was basic and easy to follow and describe my needs. Jessica listened and delivered exactly what I was looking for and I am hopeful that I will be the next future resident.

Honestly, I really enjoyed living here. I recently had to move for personal reasons. I lived here for about 2.5 years. I loved walking my dog by the fountains in the back of the property. If I had a maintenance issue it was quickly resolved by wonderful staff and Hong. Emily and Jessica are welcoming and courteous even after I moved out and have needed to return for my mail. Thank you!

Jessica was fantastic! I was a walk in & she spent so much time showing me the property & explained clearly my options in the coming month. Beautiful, well maintained apartments. It’s def at the very top of my list now.

I have lived at Towne Crossing Apartments for 15 months and I just now renewed my lease. I have had nothing but a good experience living here. The office staff are friendly and whenever I have a problem and need something fixed, it’s done right away. If you are looking for somewhere to live I would definitely recommend Towne Crossing.

Came by on accident but was willing to see what they offered. Everyone was pleasant but didn’t have an apartment to view. Had more fees that expected on top of rent. One in particular was a metering fee of 45 dollars which wasn’t described in detail. Property looked good from the outside never got to the inside and viewed apartment on computer. My only issue is all these fees on top of rent. I understand trash fee and pest control but metering? Just seems like another way to get money from future tenants. If you’re willing to pay these fees knock yourself out. Not me, but the staff was very friendly.

When forst moving in, auto pay failed. No notification, but was charged $200. They helped me fix it, but no refund. Now, a year later, autopay stopped with zero notification and I'm out another $200. They started a new insurance program, but I filled out paperwork for existing insurance, and was approved. They still charged me for their insurance. They charge you for trash service even if you don't want it...then they randomly don't pick it up and it's left at your door. Yet if you put your trash out 30 minutes too early...they fine you. Tons dog poop everywhere. We pay all kinds of fees for maintenance, yet can't hire someone to clean it up on a regular basis or kick out the people that leave it. My air filter was just changed for the first time in over a year.

As of last night my A/C has gone out and the new apartment manager has informed me by email that they don’t have an eta on when the new unit will be here!! I don’t understand how you can allow your residents to stay in an apartment without A/C with no eta on fixing it. Emily the new apartment manager does not even have the decency to call me, she only wrote an email while she is telling the office workers to communicate with me. In Texas it has been a 100 plus every day and not having a/c is inhumane to the residents. I don’t understand how this is ok!! It’s is currently 11:51 I have been calling people since 9 this morning!! Emily property manager and Ashley Regional manager have yet to call me with a solution. 95 is the current temp and rising!!

Jessica was awesome! She was very professional and explained everything to us clearly. I'm looking forward to scheduling a tour next month when there are more homes available!
