Poor poor experience I couldn't even have family come to see me like a normal hotel would allow but nope he tried charging for extra the rooms where disgusting mold in bathrooms and still shower heads popping out the bedding I'm sure wasn't even changed. Their was dirt in the bed sheets and bathroom was horrible they don't speak English so rude as is. This place really needs to be reported.
The rooms are very clean but so outdated and the TV's are dinosaurs and don't work in some rooms. The parking is horrible. The owners are the best ever though!!
The room was about as dirty as you can get. Apparently they don't own or know what a duster is, there's black mold in the bathroom, and apparently they don't think cleaning the dirty walls is necessary. The management is a joke, they are the rudest people I've had the displeasure of dealing with, which is crazy since they barely speak english. They will have the audacity to bang on your door at 9am and tell you it's checkout, even though checkout is at 11, then they call the room phone to have it ring once and hangup. Highly recommend going to any other place, a lot of hotels are cheaper anyway
Room was disgusting, damp towels, half used bottle of soap. It reeked. There was black mould everywhere. Manager was rude , not worth 99.00
Cool people at the desk
It's not cold
It has showers, a bed.
If you feel you want to complain about this place then please just go somewhere else and leave some warmth for someone else.
They allowed me to do a late checkout, which was nice of them. But I told them I would be checking out at 1:30pm since I didn't have work until 2pm. They called me at 12:20pm telling me I needed to be out because they needed to clean the room.
The room was NOT that clean when I went in. I ended up washing out the tub and cleaning up the bathroom more before I used it. The room smelled heavily of smoke, and funk.
Anyway I brought up the fact that I was paying extra for a late checkout(we discussed this when I paid for the room in the beginning). He said no I had to be out by 1pm. He was trying to come and get the keys from me and get me out of the room right at 12:20pm. I told him no I would come to the front desk and check out at 1 like we planned.
They were kind of rude. Throwing my card back at me. They also would not accept money or my card from my hand. They wouldn't hand me back things either. It was very rude and off putting. Had been able to afford staying literally anywhere else....I would have. Never going back there again.
The owner was blatantly disrespectful every time I would ask for a garbage bag or a roll of toilet paper. He would get mad and raise his voice at me.
Reserved via booking.com. It was the only hotel that had availability, two beds and accepted dogs for the six night stay we were going to be in Newberg. ||It looked a little sketchy at first but we've traveled a lot and don't require a top of the line place, well this place is the bottom of the barrel. It appeared that some people are long term residents. I had a hard time understanding the two people who checked me in but they figured out the amount I owed, charged me more, and I couldn't seem to communicate that to them so I stopped trying. When we went to the room it smelled heavily of smoke and some spray. The "leather" chair had a big hole in it, there were holes in the wall and there was mold in the bathroom. The dog was even freaked out. We returned to the office and told them we weren't staying and wanted a refund. An argument ensued and they finally refunded our money. The woman followed us to the car yelling something about a charge from booking.com, she even grabbed hold of the car door. We eventually drove off and found a place for one night at the Travel Lodge. They were very kind, clean rooms, and nice staff. They had enough cancellations that we were able to stay the six nights. We had camping gear and would camp in 90 plus degree weather rather than stay at the disgusting Towne and Country Motel. Doesn't deserve a one star rating.
Schedule a private tasting at Bells Up Winery and you won't be disappointed. The Specters provide a unique experience that builds a long-term relationship with wine and with them.
I learned how to describe wine in a new way that made sense to me. Th
What a sweet little shop! Friendly and helpful customer service, without crossing the line into being pushy. Great selection of locally sourced and often hand crafted items. I found perfect Christmas gifts for two people on my list. I will definitely
Best Thai food in town. Incredibly yellow curry with exactly the right amount of spice. And every one of the appetizers is amazing. I wish they were open later! Currently, their dinner service is 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Don't miss it!!!
Top 4 best steaks I've ever had. Delicious onions and steak sauce too. Tempranillo wine was also spectacular and the cheesecake with the caramelized lemon rind, blueberries, and cream fresh was a delight. Thank you chef!
