Town Terrace Motel - Motel in Tifton - 308 W 12th St, USA

It is quiet but kind of old and not fixed up at all but nobody bothers you. They DO NOT allow kids at all on the property. Its 50 dollars a night plus 5 dollar key deposit but they have been full for the last few years. Every once in a while they have a room available.

This is your basic hotel but its very cheap. It varies but usually runs around $40. Sometimes they have a special if they have a room with no air or tv they will let you get it for $20 and will bring you a vcr. They DO NOT allow kids at this motel. Not sure the reason but they are Nice people and its quiet and private.

This is definitely not a place that I would recommend! Entire property is in great disrepair and in need of extensive remodeling. There are holes in the walls, peeling paint and no telephones in the rooms. Definitely not a place that I would visit again.

The staff and people there are very sweet and easy to get along with. I wish i would have known about this motel before i waisted money at other motels where staff was very rude.

Not a very clean and shady characters live there.It needs a lot of work done to the structure and then some. Good for young people.

Me and my husband live here and we love it.

Very dirty, worst place I've ever been.

Bad area and too many prostitute and drugs.
