As a writer, my laptop is extreeeeeeeemely important to me. When it stopped charging, I freaked out. My first thought was, "I do NOT want to buy a new machine." I considered going to one of the big stores and taking my chances at one of those impersonal counters but took a smarter chance on a reputable, local shop: Town Tech! Not only was the service friendly, it was FAST. I got my laptop issue handled in a day and at a reasonable price. No nonsense, professional service and I got to support a local small business? SCORE! Highly Recommend!

I brought two computers to their shop this morning and was thrilled with their ability to rectify the issues on the same day! Professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful for this not tech savvy person!! I highly recommend them!!!

My husband passed away early November. I was planning a Celebration of Life for him, and realized my pictures of our first years together were on my PC. I had taken my pc down and hadn’t used it in several years. Then I realized I had an older pc with pictures. I went to Town Tech with my computer issues. They completely refurbished, and transferred pictures from the older pc to the newer pc. I had to have them out twice to my house to help me with locating email, etc. They taught me how to load a thumb drive. I was able to get pictures to them for a video. They did all of this with in a couple of weeks. I worked with Anthony, and Shayne for most of the work. They are a great team to work with from the time you walk through the door to the finished product. I completely trust, and recommend them for your computer, and Apple repair needs. Outstanding service, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. Quick turnaround of my desktop computer. Found the problem right away and fixed it to my satisfaction. Picked it up the same day and I am extremely happy with how well it was fixed and its performance. These guys are the very best in computer repair. I highly recommend Town Tech.

After some physical damage to my spouse’s work computer (which she USES FOR EVERYTHING), we attempted to take it to the box shop we purchased it from for repair. We were charged over $150 for diagnostics, and promised to have a quote in 24 hours. When that didn’t happen, we requested a refund and brought the device here. Within TWO HOURS the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and the computer was back in our hands…. FOR SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. The best part was the kind, humble, conversation and customer service. Under absolutely no circumstances will we EVER take another device anywhere else. 15/10 would recommend. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

the service and professional manner was great its nice to see a small company treat the customer like family. its not easy to get good service and a friendly smile but you get that and more with Town Tech. I have used them at work and now for my home. I would recommend Town Tech to anyone in need of the services they provide and know they would get great service at a fair price.
