Town Square Park - City park in Collierville - 96 N Center St, USA

Beautiful place to walk, although not too big, beautiful scenery! Came by here yesterday; was hot, but was worth the walk! Nice place to come by before going home.

The name says it all, this park is the historic heart of Collierville, Tennessee. There are several historical markers relating events from Collierville's past, as well as war memorials to Collierville's veterans. There is also a small log cabin furnished with period items that was used as a stage coach stop in the early days, and was relocated to the park to protect it from being lost to commercial development. There are several nice dining establishments located around the Town Square as well.

Nice little park! It's well kept with a walking path. Shopping is surrounding you.

A wonderful display of lighting in a quaint village-like setting. Excellent photo opp for. Your family Christmas cards.

It's a nice place. We can shop , eat and kids can explore and enjoy train over there. It's beautiful especially during Christmas. They put up wonderful lights and lots of fun activities for kids. They have carriage rides as well.

What's not to like. Small town feel. Clean and well kept. Relaxing. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seasonal events. Family atmosphere. Built in photo ops. Christmas lights are worth the drive.

Collierville’s town square is a great place to visit regularly. They have concerts throughout the summer, fair on the square in May, various events during all the seasons. Great place for photos in Spring, Summer, Fall and Christmas. The square has a gazebo in the center and everything centers around that. The train literally passes by the square and you can watch it. Has an old train engine that you can climb up and look at the engineers work area. A caboose that you can climb up on and check out. Most kids are crazy about this. Lots of shops and restaurants around the square. My favorites are Lost Pizza and Mensi’s Dairy Bar. Also right up the street is Morton’s Museum. It is fun to tour as well. We usually hit Lost Pizza and then a walk through the square and wrap up with hitting a few shops. Also enjoy going in the Army Surplus Store. Not sure what to call it, but there are to columns for cyclists. First is a pump to inflate your tires. Second is tools to repair your bike. Tools are secured to prevent theft. Relaxing and beautiful place to relax and take in the sights. There are so many cool shops, restaurants, and beautiful homes in the surrounding communities within walking distance. Nicest town square in Tennessee!
