Town House Motel - Lodging in Lancaster - 44125 Sierra Hwy, USA

Me and my husband love coming across old motels that kept the original look to them. The rooms 100% percent need some major major up grading. They don't even have a dryer for the housekeepers as I saw all hotel towels and bed sheets hanging out to dry on the pool gate/fence. There are cigarette burns all over the room. Water bugs and roach bugs every where. The night we got there . There were women making There money (which really don't bother me at all) but if it bothers you then I would not suggest coming to this motel. The staff is friendly. I would rate There night security at 5 stars because this security guard does his job and does it right. And you can actually sleep at night knowing your vehicles are going to be safe when this guard is on duty. This spot makes for good classic car pictures if anyone is looking for a spot locally. This is not some super fancy holiday inn, but if your looking for a quick rest stop in town then this is the spot.

Positive: The room was nice and clean. And the beds were really comfy. If you are there for a quick visit it will do. Negative: The pool was was not available. And where this motel is located it should be available! The location is not a great area.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I don't know what motel they have pictures of on this Townhouse Motel page, but I was there this past weekend April 27, 2024. There is no breakfast, no nice lounge chairs by the pool. As a matter of fact you have to make a reservation to use the pool and it closes at 6 pm. They never offered the option of a laundry room to use. They put the top cover of the bed hanging out over the fence that surrounds the pool. Rooms smell like mold, hair on the towels and the wall of the shower. You definitely get what you paid for. I wish I had pictures to show all these things 😕

The hotel manager, he is absolutely great with his approach and delivery with his customer service, I'm thankful for his positive energy! Townhouse is affordable and descent and they treat you with respect!!!! 👍

This place is terrible the room wasn't cleaned from the last people there was a damn Lego on the headboard and there was no hot water at all the towels were sooo dirty they literally had someone's hair in it and black dirt and there were so many hazards not to mention no one came to replace anything like other motels would highly not recommend coming here unless you want to have a terrible time the pool seems nice but God knows how often it is cleaned not to mention when I was getting ice a piece of plastic like from a water bottle came out with the ice SMH horrible place to stay and they no longer have breakfast either like they used to it's quite sad, also not to mention when I called the front desk I told him the room number and he said they didn't have it and had to clarify and then he lied about having a bunch of people at the window at the front office because right after I had my spouse check and there was no one there. (Btw we can see the office from our room).

Gave me premium room for a good price A lot nicer then the other rooms

Didn't get served yet I didn't order the room so I can't honestly say. What I did like it had clean towels n walls

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! We stayed in room 118, corner room.... our neighbors a bunch of crackhead that were fighting all night running from one side to the other making deathly threats. Manager didn't do anything about it. Seem to me like they live there. The room was so stinky and musty. Comforter had cigarette burns and not to mention the night stand so filthy. There was no water in the shower, just a few drops. We were catfish by the pictures shown online.... HORRIBLEEEEEE!!!!
