Positive: Room was clean Negative: I was embarassed to check my family into this hotel. We did not feel safe. This is basically a skidrow situation, with homeless shouting etc in the street. Parking is completly unsecuredRoom was dated, no accessable outlets, broken coffee maker, etc

Stole from me in addition to providing dirty and thoroughly damaged rooms. My first room was gross so I asked for another but the next was worse so I didn't stay there. Opted to sleep in my car instead.||They took a credit card as a deposit for "damages" before I saw the room and then charged me $115 on top of what I paid for the room AFTER I left having not stayed there. Took video to protect myself and submit to my credit card company to get my money back, wish I had photos of the disgusting rooms to share here.||The owner is ripping people off for a quick buck. Doesn't even have staff to help in person, locks guests in a room with a kiosk where someone from another country comes on screen to help who kept saying there was someone there that could help me but they never materialized.

Nothing good to say about the check-in and check-out process. The reception area can only be accessed by ringing the ring doorbell. With the heavy traffic outside, you can not hear anyone responding. Several rings later the door was unlocked and you are not greeted by a live person, just an unwelcoming kiosk. I had asked for a live person to come from the back room and was told no one was back there. (The person after us was greeted in person and was told the kiosk lady was working in the back room.) Horrible experience and will not stay there again and will warn anyone I know from using this property.

The room was a little tired, but everything was clean. Having chargers for EVs was a nice touch, but the parking lot is really tight if you have a minivan or pick-up. Most of the rooms on are on the second floor, and there's no elevator.||The worst thing is the check-in. There was no attendant. Everything was done via an off-shore call center, and the connection was wonky. Given his accent, I guessed that the attendant was in the Philippines, but when I asked him where he was, and all he would say was that he was in the "back-up office." It doesn't really matter where he was if the check-in was done via an online kiosk, but his dodging the question was weird.||We had a family suite, which was nice to have the girls in another room for a change instead of in the adjoining bed.||Overall, the hotel was a decent place to stay for the price.

I guess a good place to lay your head for the night but it's a total dump! I guess you get what you pay for. Doesn't seem like a safe location either to be completely honest. Would not recommend a stay here though. AND mind you they charged $170 for this place which is seriously insane! This is a $50 room. Wow.

I was charged $70 out of my deposit for a few towels with a few "stains". I bled on bedding and towels after a surprise period at another motel and was told it was okay and not to worry but apparently this inn has vastly different policies on basic linen. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Absolutely ridiculous. Be wary if you use this inn.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I didn't expect much based on price, probably old, run down, and no amenities but the room I was given was dirty and damaged so I asked for another. The second room was even more disgusting so I left and didn't stay. I had booked a nonrefundable room so didn't expect a refund, but then they fraudulently charged me $115 in addition to what I paid for the room for no reason. You also don't get help in person. To check in you get locked in a room with a kiosk that has a person on screen from another country who isn't well versed in the motel. It's such a scam

Positive: The cleanliness, and the staff were equally exceptional! Negative: The mini fridge was on the noise side.It didn't bother us much but a light sleeper might have issues with it.

It’s small but still a relaxing place you can come and just enjoy the different plants. Wasn’t so crowded and it’s next to the zoo. Easy to walk through and still beautiful to enjoy. Parking is along the street but if you don’t like this you
