This motel is definitely worth the money. I paid $58 with tax for a single bed. I mean, come on, we all know it's not the Ritz, hell its not even the Holiday inn but its clean, its functional and its provides a safe roof over my head. Things are going to get SO much better too. I met the NEW OWNER and she is overflowing with ambition and the asset to change this place....for the best. Renovations are beginning in all rooms with new tile and carpet, new furniture, fixtures, ceiling and walls. She plans on creating a different style theme for every room. Located in the oldest part of Opelousas, just steps from downtown . I'm so excited to see the outcome of this project. To be able to stay in a room themed exactly how it would be in 1920's from furniture to accessories...a step back in time. Pretty cool. ...... ......but the process is long, expensive and exhausting. Id give them a chance, you really will not be disappointed. New owners, different everything!! Still CHEAP!!

I've been staying here for going on for weeks now. With that being said you can't beat the price for the room you are getting. The rooms aren't the cleanest but they are a lot cleaner than other places I've stayed at the same rate. The staff and management are very nice and will go out of their way to help you if at all possible. The WiFi service is good as long as you are outside of the room, inside of the room it's hit-and-miss. it's not a place I would take my family but for a man looking for a cheap place to stay I would recommend this.

They had bugs, the microwave was broken, the fridge is stank, holes in the walls. Roaches everywhere this is unbelievable they could at least clean the places up enough for people to stay in

Needed a place out of the rain. Don't expect much. Not too many motels in the downtown Opelousas area. Very poor looking motel. Small room. Needs to be repainted. No smoke detector. No bedside lamps. There was a problem with the wifi network so it didn't work too well. Very disappointed that I had to pay $45 for the room and also to fork out a $10 key deposit.

This hotel is a bargain, and you get more than you expect. Desk personel were friendly and curtious, and rooms were clean. Better than what i expected for the price. Weekly rates were reasonable, with cable and wifi. I would recomend to anyone.

Hey I understand how you just need a place to stay for a while but it's no excuse to let your business go down needs better furniture, windows, kitchen upgrade that's about it very reasonable rate for a week though.

The rooms were dirty and didn't smell great, the area wasn't the best, and itvhad a lot of problems, but it was cheap and the people were friendly.
