Updated Review since today is my last day at this park, I feel a final update is in order. The Neighbors here are all friendly, and helpful even the park manager went out of her way to help. The bathroom and laundry rooms, were always spotless. overall not very loud if your a light sleeper your in for a treat here, I was not able to enjoy the Pool as it was closed for the season. Honestly the only issue I ever had, was not having more time here. The Library was full of books and movies, ping pong gym. With all this is mind I am grateful for every day here, and I will recommend this park to anybody I know

The Manager is so sweet and knowledgeable. The park is very clean. They have many drive through spots. You can get your mail delivered to the office and or get a mailbox. The dog parks are well kept. The laundry facility is well kept. The bath houses are really clean. The clubhouse is very well kept. We couldn’t have chose a better place to park our rv. The outdoor pool looks amazing. We also love that we can take a short drive to see all of Roswell, close to airport, not far of a drive to Ruidoso or Carlsbad and don’t forget to check out bottomless lakes. I will definitely recommend this park.

We were referred to this park after calling 2 others for a same day reservation...and we are SO thankful for the referral! Valerie was so nice & receptive on the phone - she asked all the right questions and provided us with a reservation hassle-free! We arrived after office hours and found our reservation info with no issue. We were able to park, dock, and access the amenities so easily...we could not have asked for a better experience. The park was clean, quiet, and such a welcome rest for us road-weary travelers....we HIGHLY recommend Town & Country RV Park to ANYONE looking for a spot for the night. 👽

RVing for close to 10 years. (stayed here for 9 months-job related stay) *Decent basic park with affordable rent (electric included in rent) *SAFE LOCATION; Located slightly rural, south of town with MINIMAL FOOT TRAFFIC, this is a big deal as Roswell is the psych capital of New Mexico IMO. [Something to be said about aliens and serious nutcases] this town has it in spades. *All utilities were solid with no problems, except for water one-time; Plastic above ground pipes? Never tried the Wi-Fi (Verizon works well here). Laundry room decent/door code/24/7. *Good spacing with leveled lots, there are some monster sites that could fit anything. Has room for 2 vehicles on most sites. *Has a decent rec-room with hundreds of DVDs, some of which I added to. *Staff are terrific and friendly. There is a locked mailbox service. Staff can/will text you when a package arrives at the office. Usually packages go to the office, sometimes to the site if outside of office hours. Never had anything stollen or damaged. People tend to keep to themselves. ***Overall, one of the better parks I've stayed at long term***

I was surprised at how large the pull through sites were for our large 5th wheel. There are smaller sites in the front of the park that are nice but the sites in the back part of the park are large and very level. The park is very clean and within a short distance to downtown where the Aliens hang out. I would recommend the Bitter Lake National Refuge a really unique experience. The mobile home park is completely separate from the RV park.

Stayed here on the way to Texas from AZ. Arrived after dark and their system for getting a spot was clear and simple. Large pull through slots that allowed me to keep my tow vehicle attached. Also has good signage and roads that would have been easy to get out of the park if they had been full. ||4 stars for the poor info on their answering machine and website about overnight/late arrivals.

We liked the concrete streets in the park along with rock surface at the site. Good location on edge of town-quiet. |Very friendly and helpful staff. The communication for booking and arrival were convenient and efficient

Valerie is a wonderful park manager! She greeted us with a smile and recommendations of where to eat. Our pull through site was level with a concrete pad, a picnic table and a shade tree that was actually trimmed high enough that it didn't touch our 5th wheel. The park was quiet and felt safe.
