I love Towers Beach. Easy parking. Clean, sizeable beach. Life guards on duty. Showers on premise. No boardwalk noise. Just families, sand and ocean. Bring your own food and drinks. Budget friendly family spot.
Almost don't even want to share a post about this beach because it seems fairly unknown compared to ones surrounding it and that's a good thing. This beach was very clean and since we arrived early enough, very quiet. Soft sand but it did get hot as it was above 90 the day we went. The waves were incredible and wiped us out a few times but all 5 of us had a magical time here. Lifeguards arrived around 9 AM and were attentive. Small concession area, but a tad bit more expensive compared to Cape Henlopen. Little rinse off area before heading back to the car. Definitely saving this beach for our next visit and hoping it's just as pleasant as this time.
Love it! Love it! We drove from Virginia to come here. The place is spacious, rarely crowded, and the facilities are good. Wooden pathways and showers, bathrooms, and changing rooms are well kept. Plenty of parking space and has a eatery as well. You are better off spending your time here at the beach and then going to the rehoboth broadwalk or Dewey beach. The boardwalk is generally very crowded and parking is a problem. It is still close to Rehoboth or Dewey if you want to enjoy the crowd after the time at the beach. So this place is a very good deal overall. it seems fairly unknown compared to ones surrounding it and that's a good thing. This beach was very clean

Great beach! Less crowded than nearby Rehoboth, but also smaller. Water and sand is clean. Plenty of life guards on duty. Chair and umbrella rentals available. Free parking for Delaware residents with Park Pass, everyone else has to pay to park.
Towers Beach is incredible! Beautiful sand, serene and unforgettable. Right up there with some of the best beaches around. Amazing dolphins, clouds and sunsets! Enjoy!
Make sure you settle far in shore during high tide. Many people got their blankets and goods wet for underestimating the range of high tide. The beach was actually free for us since the machines were not working. The bathrooms were nice and there are no trash cans (carry in and carry out). Slightly cloudy and windy weather will create ice cold waters 🥶 even on a 90F day
Looooong wait... long beach! Great little hidden gem. There were less people and it was a very nice beach but the wait to get in will take some time don't show up on "E". You need to pay to get in but it was very nice. It's pretty cool how all the beaches connect if you like to stroll.
This is my favorite Beach to go to when I am in Delaware. The water is so nice and clear, there's a great concession and bath house. The best beach to get away from the crowds at Rehoboth.
A great beach, but the waves can and will take you down if you're not vigilant. It's also an exceptionally clean beach since glass bottles and smoking were banned on the beach and most parts of the boardwalk. Just keep in mind that the beach official
This is such a great little place. They have a lot of vegan options and creative sauces. We loved coming here on our day trip to the beach. Everything was so fresh and flavorful!! Thank you. ðð
Pleasantly surprised! Off-season, not much open so decided to try something different. Drawn in by the interesting hot dog options, but decided to try authentic Puerto Rican food made from scratch right there. Owner was pleasant and helpful offerin
We ordered a savory crepe - ham/cheese/tomato and sweet crepes - peach/whipped cream and banana/chocolate/whipped cream.
They were excellent - especially the savory crepe. FYI they now accept credit card with a fee unlike some of the pictures of the
I've been coming to Rehoboth for some 30 years now and have always wanted to stop here but never did! I finally went today and was so delighted. This is a small but mighty museum, excellently curated with wonderful old artifacts and photos and inform
Transport yourself to the south of France just off the boardwalk in Rehoboth! Fantastic yet simple menu, with a modest but well thought wine list. Our party of 4enjoyed the escargot, cheese and charcuterie plate, steak frites (minus the frites, c'es
The owners are so kind and accommodating. We always plan a stop every time we visit Dewey. The fresh, made to order donuts are a highlight. Make a point to go here. You will be glad you did.
Very cool, eclectic vibe. Food is well prepared and delicious off of a very unique, varied menu. Vegan and vegetarian friendly! Cocktails are amazing. Service is stellar and Sean is just a wonderful bartender. Highly recommended place when you
We had so much fun here over the summer with the kids! Fun games, friendly staff, and some awesome rides for a decent price. We really enjoyed the bumper cars and the Super Flip 360! Weâll definitely be back again next summer.
