Phenomenal! Made a reservation for 10 here and when we walked in we were taken immediately to our table that was set with ice waters and our drink orders were taken. Throughout the dinner service was attentive, friendly, and prompt. Everything our table ordered, from the salmon to the gumbo was delicious and not a bad price for what you got. I highly recommend this place for larger parties that require a reservation in Tahoe. The perfect dinner after a long day of skiing or exploring the mountains.
From the moment we walked in until the moment we left everyone made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the mushroom ravioli special, the short ribs and chocolate cake. Every bite was sooo good. We will definitely be back. The vibe was relaxing and cozy. There are so many cute details that made the experience feel special.
Street parking, they don’t have a parking lot. We were there after the busy holiday time here so there was no need for a reservation but definitely make one if you visit during a holiday season.
The serving size was perfect, I had the omelets and they were amazing.
The setting is very Tahoe, super authentic.
Makayla was a great hoast.
Will come back here again, maybe for dinner.
Haven’t had a good burger like this one, perfectly cooked. The meat so fresh and tender. Medium is a good choice.
Good services and nice atmosphere of seating outside bathing with a breeze and soft sunlight.
The gumbo is a bit cold. I recommend the shrimp and grits while I wish the portion can be larger. It’s a cozy place for dinner.
Very nice local restaurant, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Food was ok, might be too spicy for some but there are options that aren't. Had plenty of Cajun and this just mostly seemed to have Cajun spice trying to make it Cajun. Shrimp and Grits had lumps and seemed to have been frozen and thawed. For the price, make the grits fresh.
You know it is a winner when you have only had the first course and are ready to start writing a review because the first impression is so high level.
I came in at 6:45 pm and was immediatly greeted and seated in a very professional manor by the bartender.
His wine recomendation was solid and I quickly ordered a cup of gumbo and a crawfish and sausage poutine.
I just finished the gumbo and made sure to tell my waiter how ABSOLUTELY TEXTBOOK PERFECT it is. Beautiful tender duck breast meat in it makes it so authentic. The soup base was so good that there are grandmothers in N'awlins who are probably filing lawsuits as I sip my wine.
The poutine just arrived. I have had a couple bites. This place is an epic find.
Who dat nation would give this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Come here for a very nice dinner. I am lucky being a traveler here for 3 nights and I found this day one!
I will come back tomorrow to try more menu items. Maybe I should move here and join this kitchen.
My husband and I had dinner here last night on our last night in Tahoe. They recently renovated and it's gorgeous. The food and drinks were wonderful. We had the Brussel sprouts, beet salad, cup of Gumbo, NY steak, short ribs, and mushroom ravioli special. Everything was so yummy. That gumbo!!! We should have ordered a vat to go. This place is special. You feel at home here. The service Adrienne and Chris provided made you feel like you were friends coming for a visit. We will definitely be back here hopefully sooner than later.
This place smells amazing! Great service! Outdoor patio is cozy. The "side" Greek Salad was big enough that we shared it. The attached photo wasn't even half the salad. I enjoyed the gyro and fries. Great flavored sauce. Fries had a great textur
Came here for my birthday this past Monday. Very warm atmosphere but kind of loud when it's busy which makes it difficult to have a conversation. Seating is a little close together but not terrible.
The food and service was amazing! Drinks are decen
We were only there for a few hours last Thursday, lovely ride on the gondola, great views of the lake. The lodge had clean restrooms, a water bottle filing station and charging station for your phone. Nicely spaced and clean tables with chairs to re
Food awesome! Kudos to the chef. We had his special, the taco pizza. Delicious! Also tried the drink special The Hot Apple Pie. Wow that's exactly what it tasted like. Our server, Tony, was great too. Friendly & full of history about the area. Beau
Whoever the chef was on January 5⦠Slapped! If you go to a restaurant and you want aesthetic if you want beautifully plated food if you want incredibly attentive staff that will listen to all your dietary requirements. Donât go here. But ironical
The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
The Mt. Tallac trail is an amazing trail to hike in Lake Tahoe. It isn't easy, about 4.5 miles from the trail head to the summit with about 3,300 feet of elevation gain. The second half of the trail is mostly all rock and is very steep in parts. The
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners.
There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job!
