Total Voice Technologies has been outstanding in setting up Dragon Medical One in my psychiatric practice. Excellent service and support for Dragon Medical Practice Edition. I actually tried to buy it from another vendor. All I got was transfers and messages. After 2 days of waiting I called Mike at Total Voice Technologies. He answered all my questions and set up a demo to try on my computer (with Dragon Medical One). Once I saw how well it worked I ended up buying Medical Practice Edition. Mike handled the sale and initial training. He was patient and took time to be sure I understood each step. 3 months later, when I had a few bugs, he spent all the time I needed with knowledgeable straightforward answers to my issues. The software is great. (Nuance is still working out a bug with the Google chrome extension.) But, what really makes a difference, is the support and service. Mike has made it clear that I can call as much as I need. Having one person who can handle the sale and support makes it easy.
