I L-O-V-E this restaurant from top to bottom. I can admit that I have nearly had all the items on the menu. I come several times out of the week to dine in. I love music whenever I come into the restaurant. I food looks fulfilling to eat nearly everyday. I am grateful for a restaurant like this one to be around my house. This Indian restaurant helps with gas cost because it's a 5 minute drive away. I love how a person can order a spice dish and if it is too hot for you as a client, then they have choices that are medium to mild for taste in spiciness. I also like that is doesn't take long for food come to you. The staff are super welcoming and kind. Whenever I don't know what to order for food they help me be picking out something for me. I love supporting small businesses like these ones.

O.M.G.!!!! MUST GO!!!! I have wanted to go to Total Vegan Indian Restaurant for a long time. Today we were kind of in the area. It's just a 32-minute detour, and I am sooooo glad we went! Total Vegan Indian Restaurant was AMAZING! We ordered the Veggie Samosa, Mushroom Manchurian, Combo Briyanai, Aloo Gobi, and Nann Bread. The samosa was obviously homemade and perfectly fried. Not too dark and not too light. Hands down, it is the best samosa I have ever had. The mushroom manchurian was seasoned perfectly, and I could taste the flavor; this has not been my experience at other Indian restaurants. The combo biryani was so good and clearly scratch-made. While I really liked it, the mushrooms were my favorite part. So next time, I will get the mushroom biryani. My husband devoured the allo gobi and declared it the best he has ever had! (he did the same with the samoas. And the nann, oh, it was so nice to eat nann again! The staff was attentive but not overbearing. Just perfect, like the food. And the place was SPOTLESS!!!! For the next few months, we will be driving between Central Park and Castle Rock on a few Saturdays each month. On those days, we happily take the 32-minute detour to eat at Total Vegan Indian Restaurant. It is the best Indian food I have ever had!

This is my first time at a Indian Vegan Restaurant and it did not disappoint. The restaurant was super clean, music was calming and the vibe altogether was nice. Gobi-Manchurian and Kala Chana were my favorites and I highly recommend these dishes. I’m not a huge fan of Samosa in general but their Samosa were pretty good.

I absolutely loved the experience here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and made to feel welcome. The dishes were perfect sizes and deliciously flavor experiences. It's definitely worth a try for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Amazing food and service! Waitstaff was so welcoming and friendly. I am impressed by how quickly our waters were refilled. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The food was truly prepared with care. This restaurant is a must-try - even if you are not vegan. Our family will be back to try more dishes soon!

Although I was sceptical about trying Vegan Indian food, it turned out to be an exquisite experience. I ordered Gobi Manchurian, Samosa and Kala Chana with Poori. I loved Gobi Manchurian and Kala Chana with Poori. Gobi Manchurian was cooked very well and Poori was soft unlike other places I usually go to. The server was very helpful and patient with us. I would highly recommend dining in at night for a great view and calming dining experience.

This place is amazing, really well priced and a cozy spot to get some delicious vegan food. It’s hard to find nan bread that’s vegan and their nan bread is amazing. It’s a family owned and operated business so who better to support. Also very clean food as a vegan, no artificial products and they carry authentic Indian Chana beans (smaller garbanzo beans).

LOVE! 💙 Hands down one of my FAV vegan restaurants in Colorado. They are doing so many things right! My wife & I happily make the drive from Denver to treat ourselves to dinner at this spot, & everything we have tried has been amaziiiing. They have a nice atmosphere, it's usually always chill. The menu is very clear on ingredients and options, and they have many GF options which is SO wonderful. Generous portion sizes will satisfy your appetite. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, some of THE best indian food I've ever had. & they offer wine! Wait times for take out are usually timely, and the staff is always very kind. Utsab is the best! 😎 He never hesitates to help and answer any questions. Cravable offerings for sure! We look forward to hopefully seeing them expand locations in the future! Appreciate you all so much, keep up the wonderful presence you have in our vegan community!. . . gosh now Im hungry thinking about them 😅
