Robert definitely knows his business! My desktop computer had been sitting in a box for a year and a half along with the rest of my office equipment when I got it out and set up a couple weeks ago all it did was beep at me. I called Robert and he returned my call after he got off work at his cool day job. He told me about things that I could check myself. I couldn't figure it out, so he came to my house and within moments he had my computer up and running. He made sure that the programs that were most important to me were functioning perfectly. Then he said "I see that your printer has an error code flashing, you need a new black ink cartridge." This guy is on top of it! Robert thank you so much!
