I had a home camera system installed in April. I wanted to give it a few months before I left my review. Before I decided to get the system, I did some research and stopped by the showroom. I asked lots of questions and was able to see, in person, the different types of camera systems and decide what was best for my needs. I then set up the appointment. The guys arrived on time and installation was a breeze. I was given a brief tutorial on how to work the cameras and it’s been working fine ever since. The images are crystal clear. I did have to use the IT help once because I changed devices and didn’t know how to add the camera to that device. They walked me through it and I was up and running again in 5 minutes. I just wish the IT support was during off hours as well but that would not make this service and product any less stellar. Now, even though I have the ring doorbell already I feel the cameras installed by Total Security gives me that extra layer of protection. I can view the entire perimeter of my home in one swoop and zero in on specific areas if needed. I love it and use it more than my Ring. This was well worth it. Total Security did a great job.

Very very satisfied! Robert was & is amazing from the pre to post-installation. The crew (Angel and Jared) was very good. I was picky about some of the installation process (how it's aligned, where it needs to be exactly, etc) and they accommodated the job really well. I was really impressed with how they did the wiring. It was very clean and neat. The whole staffs were very professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Just had a service call with Joe from Total Security on my home system and it was excellent. He was early for the appt which is better than late. He was polite, patient and professional and best of all, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which the bosses may not like, but it builds confidence and trust in the customer, which always a good thing. In my book total security is the best. They are very good, prompt, clean and they know what they doing and open for suggestions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can't say how much appreciation I have for the entire team. They hooked up my entire set up with considerable thought process. My house was under construction so they were patient and supportive to do a split install. Wires were hooked up with partial deposit until my walls were ready for cameras. Sky's the limit as they say. I don't see any of their wires in the open and that's all that mattered to me. I'm thankful.

Total Security has earned their great reputation. I own a service based business and it's rare to see such professionalism. Had other companies estimate for security cameras at my home and Total Security was not only a fair price, every step of the process was smooth. Competitor bids had a lot of double talk and wanted to make "side deals" Total Security's sales rep didn't give me any hard sell or sales pitch. He simply showed me what a fine product they use and showed me a fair price and laid out what I was getting for my money. The installers were professional and personable. Arrived on time, worked very neat and were polite at all times. They were also happy to stay and show me the system and answer any questions, I didn't feel like they were trying to rush off the job, they stayed until I was satisfied how the system was operating. When I first called their office to schedule an appointment the owner took the time to get on the phone to say hello and was happy to answer any initial questions. I also got to speak with him again at the end of the install and he thanked me for my business. I feel confident should I need any tech support in the future they will do the right thing. My new security camera system is awesome! My property is now safely under watch and I feel like the head of security at Morgan's Department store! I would recommend Total Security to all friends and family, anyone reading this should definitely see what they can do for you!

Very professional and I got separate techs for different installs. Wiring looked beautiful cameras worked great. I did the firewall configuration because that is what I do but their techs had my back if need be. Price on par with market so it was more about how good their techs were and it definitely did not disappoint. Would use them again if I had another security cam job. Anyone needing a security system or a surveillance system, I would highly recommend Total Security. Not only did they get the job done quickly and did a great installation. They were meticulous and very careful in my home. The techs took off their shoes inside the home or out in booties. They left no signs they were there other than installing a great system. We are extremely happy with the work. My sales guy Ricky Fuchs was very upfront and fair in pricing. He delivered everything he said he would and even went above and beyond and personally came to see the techs were getting the job done right!! Overall I would definatley recommend total security!!
