Do not use this company, they caused more damage than they helped. After they “finished” we had leaks in multiple places. They charged us for product that we never signed a change order for. Each day of rain brings new leeks. Upon repairing leaks it was discovered they did not put underlaying in areas. They damaged parts of or siding, missed putting flashing on. 3 weeks after first start we are still dealing with repairs, damage and wrong invoices. The sales man assigned to us Chris, was a sneaking typical salesman. We were the suckers.

I have been trying for over 3 months to get warranty work done on my barely 5 year old roof. Nobody answers calls, emails, or returns voice-mail. Water has damaged the interior of my home because they go entire months in-between coming out. I'm constantly given the runaround. You can see how ceiling is turning to goo. Do NOT use this company. Total Home Roofing replaced my roof, repaired/replaced damaged wood, cleanup, and removed the dumpster in a matter of 1.5 days. The Field Supervisor, Juan Hernandez was amazing from start to finish. Juan was super polite, professional and kept me up to date at every turn. Had five companies provide estimates. From a pricing standpoint each company was close in comparison with one another. What separated Total Home Roofing from the others? 1. Great Online reviews 2. Accredited Beter Business Bureau member since 2008 3. A+ Beter Business Bureau rating speaks volumes 4. Extremely detailed description explaining the roof Replacement process was provided 5. Total Home Roofing was the only company who asked to replace the shingles on my shed to match my home

Only if I could give 0 star. This company does not even deserve 1 star. They replaced my roof months ago, only to find out that there was a leak with the first rain. I called and called, nothing happened. They sent people in my house that do not even speak English and they had a child translating for them. That is so unprofessional. They blamed my second floor and that part where it’s leaking does not even cover with the second floor. I get a leak every time it rains and my ceiling is getting damaged more and more. It is sad that we paid for something that expensive and received such a poor service. I have been dealing with this problem since the middle of the year. I hope this company gets what they deserve.

This was my first time dealing with this company, I do not recommend them to anyone else, unfortunately. My experience with them was as follows: 1. Sales contact, showed up on time, very professional all paperwork presented, and any concerns in the contract language were initialed and changed per my request. But once signed, I could no longer reach the sales person because they no longer talk to customers at that point. 2. Dumpster was delivered, and crew eventually showed up with materials and began to work. 3. They worked odd times, many times arriving around 5 o’clock in the afternoon and working until sundown. Perhaps they worked another job before mine, which is none of my business, but it didn’t mean that I had to endure a lot of noise in the evenings. 4. They finally finished the job after about a month, some delays for rain. No one on the cruise spoke English, so I really couldn’t get any answers from them or even ask questions. 5. They removed all trash and materials, except for a lot of nails, which is common after a roof installation. At no time did anybody knock on my door and say OK we’re done, take a look and let us know if you have any concerns. 6. Receive the bill almost halfway through the roof installation but of course did not deal with it until they were done. I had about six areas where I was concerned with the work so I had to make multiple contacts to their office, both emails, texts and phone calls. All were ignored. 6. Received a phone call from their billing department, insisting I make full payment as agreed. I explained, I still had outstanding issues with the work, and no one was responding to my questions or coming to see the areas of concern. 7. Everyone promised they would annotate that on my account and someone would be in touch. 8. More calls from the billing department, apparently the only ones who know how to use a phone at this company, threatening to put a lien on my house if I did not pay. 9. Meanwhile, during this time, I have made multiple calls, emails and texts to anyone who might have given me a phone number to call. 10. After threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau, and a lawyer, I finally got someone to agree to come to my house and look at the work. We set a date, and he arrived on time. He was the manager of the Orlando office, and was very friendly and professional. He took pictures, even though I had already sent plenty of them, made some notes and said he would take care of everything. 11. I paid the full bill. 12. That was two months ago, and they not been in contact with me since. The touchups and areas of concern have not been corrected. There have been me rebates to me for substandard work. No adjustments were made to my bill, and I have a roof with questionable work that may impact the sale of my home at sometime in the future. 13. This company makes promises all day long, and then forgets you as soon as I hang up the phone. Although their billing department seems to be razor-sharp. When I originally chosen as my vendor, they stressed that they were a reputable company, and that they were owned by Angie’s list. I will take that as an indicator of buyer beware from now on… and I suggest you do the same. The reason for my score of a one out of five is because they wouldn’t let me pick zero. Sure, I got a new roof with a warranty— but if they won’t take care of the final installation issues—then the warranty is useless. Do NOT hire this company! They do not honor their own agreements, make excuses, and threaten a lien if you don’t keep your word on payment.

I do not recommend at all. Poor customer service from beginning to end. I regret hiring this company. The roof was not completed within the allotted time Frame and had leaks after it was installed causing damage to the interior. Had a very hard time communicating with the sales person Chris as well as the office managers. Only one person responded to my concerns after many, many attempts. This person had the production team come back out to fix the leak and the internal damages. After this was completed, no one else contact me back to ensure this had been completed to my satisfaction or even check if all repairs had been completed at all. Im beyond disappointed at how the process was handled; I expected better service provided this was the highest bid and was promised top service.
