Best gym in the are most definitely, the whole place is like traveling back in time to those good ole gyms from the 80’s but with a hint of the 21st century. Wifi, available multiple machines and $10 day pass which was the reason for my visit. Highly recommended it.

Nice gym, great equipment and nice staff and members. They play “Rich baby daddy” almost ten times in an hour. They play the song way too much. I mean jeez it’s stuck in my head everyday and I hate it. Great gym, please stop playing this song. It’s killing me.

I went to the gym and was told that a guest pass is good for 24 hours so I changed my schedule around because I am in town visiting so that I could go back to the gym within the 24 hours to work out. When I get there the girl at the desk was rude, she told me no that is not the case that I have to pay with each use and she doesn’t know who told me that. I explain to her that last year I was told that it’s good for 24 hours and yesterday that it was good for 24 hours. She simply did not care. She told me no, that I had to pay again even though I was within the 24 hour timeframe. Of course, I will honor whatever the policy is. It is however quite frustrating that the employees can’t even get the policy straight. Couple other issues with the gym, 1) no place to stretch, no stretch room, and no stretch mats, 2) the equipment is way too close together and the gym is crowded. And, 3) the gym is dirty. I would not recommend this gym to anyone at any time. In case management cares, the employee had long black hair, and was behind the desk at 9:50 in the morning. I did not get her name.

I had enrolled with them for a whole year and paid the membership fees upfront, however I had to move states and provided the owner all the required documentation (lease, utility bills etc) as proof to show I have moved. Have been following up for a refund for the past 2 months now, with absolutely no response from them. I had hoped for a more professional experience, however this has been a good lesson learnt! Considering it as a donation to them now 😂 Advice : Even though its a good workout place, avoid paying them upfront and stick to their monthly payments.

I feel it's too crowded. There is a lot of equipment and in my opinion the machines are too close together. Some machines are in different states of needing repair. This is definitely a body builders club and was intimidating to me. On the plus side, they have a swimming pool and kids can play in it. They have a sauna. They have basketball courts and a couple of ping pong tables.

I enjoy this gym a lot, lots of eqiupment and lots to do at a decent price. But it's a bit old and has problems at times, also I hate it doesnt stay open evenings on the weekends.

Big fan of this place. Great place for beginners, and I espeically like that they have a dedicated room for women. Everyone is so kind here!

This gym is great, and for the obvious reason. Not only due to a wide verity of workout equipment and amenities, but in my opinion it’s the atmosphere. Everyone in this gym is willing to help you out. If you need a spotter just ask, if you have a question on how to do an exercise just ask someone. Almost everyone there is willing and able to help you if they can. I would have given 5 stars but the pool is always to cold for me.
