Business owners, beware of any contracts with this company. Read every line and ask about the end-of-contact return policy. I hate to say that after 5 years with the company, I have nothing good to say about them. Poor color quality and questionable disclosure. You must be very careful about the promises that they can't or will not be able to keep, like color, paper thickness, and interface with Macs. If you sign a contract you are on the hook. They are less clear, and you will pay. I would never do business with this company ever again. Beware, read every line, and ask how you have to pay to return the copier to Chicago. At today's prices, the cost is $513 and up. And if you think you have your own shipper, they can make any claim on the machine's working order and charge for that as well. Yes, this is a legal trap that makes you pay for everything they can squeeze out of you. This is no joke. Best of luck.
