Good selection, and the employees were great and helpful

Long time shopper. New guy at glenbrook has zero personality and no customer service experience skills. He wasn't rude or anything, just straight up blank faced, didn't greet me, and answered the phone despite me going up to him and saying I have items to return (I had to get his attention since he turned his back to me as soon as I walked up) before the phone even rang. The quality has seriously gone down hill. I used to only buy bras here but they are being made so cheaply now, I just go to lane Bryant. Similar prices during sales and far superior quality to torrid. I don't know why people brag about torrid jeans: they are paper thin and of the worst quality and they ask for $60+ Torrid only seems to have the small sizes in stock despite being catered to plus size. I can't buy my size 24 when you only have size 10 in everything, now days. Shirts are being made shorter (no, I'm not talking about crop tops) and the 'soft tee' shirts become bally and rough after only a couple washes, and I use cold water. This used to be the best place to go. Now it's becoming the dollar store of plus sized clothes while charging extortion rates. Try maurices for plus jeans, the quality is on point and go to lane Bryant for bras. Torrid isn't worth over clearance prices.

I end up here often with family. The staff at this store is helpful and friendly. They are quick to provide assistance but aren't pushy. They make sure shoppers are aware of the best deals. If they don't have it in stock they help you order it online.

They are so nice and helpful. I havent shopped there in so long and they where so patient with my questions. The sale on bathing suits was so nice they are expensive but the quality is amazing and you really feel great wearing it which can be hard when you are plus size sometimes. Defiantly coming back

I went to Torrid with my girlfriend who is tall and also an above average size woman. I was impressed by their selection of clothing for women from average to the larger sized women. They had a wide selection of very stylish and figure friendly clothing and underwear. I was so glad she could find clothing that was not only fit well but looked great and she actually liked! The women who work there also wear some of the clothes from there and are really helpful on what will work best as outfits and overall made her shopping experience great!

I'm always greeted with friendly service. I have been in there enough that they remember my name. I can always find an outfit that suits my body style. They have a variety of clothes from casual, work, workout, girl's night out, and date nights. I would highly recommend them.
