Torrid - Plus Size Clothing Store in Escondido - 272 E Via Rancho Pkwy Rm 467, USA

This store has some nice dresses, shirts, jeans, panties, and bras for plus size people. The employees are super nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

I decided to do my first online order and pick up from the store. I had a little hick up during the process totally my fault user error! I called and spoke with Jazmine and let me just say she has outstanding customer service skills! She showed empathy and patience with me and took the time to help me get my purchase. I picked up my order today and she even took the time to write me a little note on my bag. Jazmine is a shinning star over at the Torrid Team!

They offer a good variety of clothing for larger women who are not conservative dressers. Clothes are geared more toward younger women and more bohemian older women. The clerks were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like too much at this store is that the clothes aren't put into sections, like dresses here and pants there. Outwise it is great.

I have been struggling to find jeans that fit correctly for a while now and my friend told me that I needed to check out Torrid because they have a really nice jean selection. I went to the Torrid in Escondido where Gina and Jazmine helped get me into a pair of jeans that fit my body perfectly. They were both so friendly and amazing it made for a wonderful shopping experience. I told them that my jeans tended to rip in the upper thigh region and they told me that the Bombshell Skinny jeans I was buying were built strong in that area and I should not have a problem with them ripping. I loved the way the jeans fit so much I bought two and I well only buy my jeans from there from now on. Thank you for all the help, I love my new jeans.

Took my girlfriend there in the Escondido Mall. She shopped found some nice items we purchased them and a really great deal very helpful staff nice store.

Best Torrid staff I have ever experienced! They are friendly patient and helpful. Even when they are slammed they really take the time to address their customers and make sure they leave happy and smiling. There is another Torrid on my way home from work, and I would much rather come to this location to see these ladies, the atmosphere is so comfortable and they make me feel so welcome! Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel beautiful!

Love shopping at a store where the salespeople do not look like every other stores manikins. This store is geared towards what REAL women look like. The clothes are comfortable, the staff are comfortable as well. I know that sounds strange, but for a true shopping experience, it is not comfortable to be invisible to staff because you are larger. Let me spend my money on clothing, where the fit is perfect and you leave feeling and looking better when facing the world.

I enjoy going clothes shopping with women Raised by a single mother i find my opinions to be taken seriously when asked and the results are never disappointing,but the women who work there are extremely knowledgeable,have no problem with online returns in store and ladies if you cant find clothes that are made for you your not shopping here ! Be comfy in the skin your in ,and feel confident in the clothes your wearing .
