Excellent food and excellent service! Torres is my favorite restaurant. I always have a good experience whether grabbing lunch or getting a large catering order. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Excellent place and wonderful value. With places like this around, burger spots are irrelevant. Great beef stew, fried appetizers, all is excellent. Very nice family run spot. We go all the time. My wife, my kid and I get tons of food for under $20.... Super place! ***update*** 10/3/23 Excellent as always. Had the pasteles, carne y pollo asado, pollo de horno, arroz amarillo con gandules and habichuelas rojas. Fantastic all of it. The place has been remodeled. No seating at the counter anymore. The food is laid out so u don’t have to read the daily changing menu. They went with a chipotle type counter where u tell the worker all u want as u slide down the counter. Place has less seating now but flooring is new, bathroom is very clean, and place looks festive. Food is impeccable and the best PR place we have found. Pics to prove ***Update*** Just went this morning 11/30/18. As always it was out of site. The Alcapurria’s were dynamite. The yellow rice with habicuela’s killed. The chuleta’s we’re indescribable. The lady that took my order was too pleasant, took forever to get the order right. unnecessary time wasted. Only the oldest lady was nice and helpful. Good food but needs more friendly attitude.
I’ve been to their spot in Perth amboy and loved the food! I put them to the challenge and had them cater my companies Christmas lunch for 140 ppl and man did they show out! From the pernil, meatballs, yuca, and many our dishes, everyone left with a smile and asking for info on how they can order. I will most certainly be ordering and again and visiting the amboy location! Thank you guys for the prompt delivery and excellent quality and more importantly authentic Puerto Rican cuisine!

A fishing buddy and I have fished at this spot a few times this year. There's plenty of parking, restrooms (although I'm not sure what time they're unlocked) and trash/ recyclables bins. It's a clean spot with nice people passing through or enjoying
Good god, that was the best Boston Creme Donut I have ever had. The Hungarian Walnut Roll and the Apple (Danish?) thing were super fresh too... but that Boston Creme was the best. I need to go back for another.
They are honestly such a good restaurant. The prices are fair and affordable. Most important though, the food is delicious! I do really recommend the place. The staff is so kind, caring and charismatic.
