Amazing authentic food that's incredibly fresh and delicious tasting! This place is a hidden gem in Ashtabula for sure! Baklava is amazing!!

I've been traveling to Mentor for this kind of food. Everything was so good, I'll definitely keep it local from now on. I had falafel appetizer with tahini sauce, taboulleh, hummus with a yummy mild pepper oil on top, grilled pitas for appetizers, spanikopita & baklava. It was perfect for this vegetarian, but they have plenty for meat eaters too (gyros, shawarma, even wings) and a lot of fried appetizers (zucchini planks, mozzarella sticks, fried). I stopped here once before when they had just opened, then kind of forgot about them - not sure how, I remember it being great back then, too. Stop in & grab some awesomeness for your next picnic - they offer delivery through common delivery services too.

Prices have risen and are still completely acceptable. Food is delicious and tastes fresh. Owner is super kind.

It was good. We don't have a lot of places left in Ashtabula that offer decent food from around the world. The chicken shawarma plate was tasty. Admittedly not the best I've ever had, but I'm used to pitas not tortillas and banana peppers, not pickles. The tabouli was what you would expect but the hummus was a little bland and the garlic sauce wasn't as thick as I'm used to either. With all that being said, the price was good and given your local options, this was relatively very good. The guy was super friendly to my wife too and offered her a baklava sample.

Interesting takeout place, the restaurant name suggests a Mexican restaurant but it actually serves Greek cuisine. It looks as though the owner simply changed the menu and kept the name and decor. Restaurant is take-out only and their food is quite good I recommend the large gyro which has twice the meat has the regular gyro and the gyro bowl is also excellent.

Amazing! Definitely stop by the museum, talk to Barrie, and see his mother's collection of covered bridge memorabilia. His grandfather set the stones for the bridge. His family has been in the area since 1820

I'll be honest, I was very surprised by how good the food was here. Ashtabula doesn't exactly come to mind when I think of fine dining, but Bascule Bridge pulled out all the stops. We loved the ambiance, our waiter was hilarious and attentive, and ev

Beautiful little lookout spot and covered bridge. Nice little spot to pull over and take in the view, read the information boards posted and learn a little bit of history. The colors in autumn 🍂 are outstanding. When my family stopped it wasn't to

Built in 1925. A very cool looking lift bridge that is often covered in lights. The Ashtabula lift bridge carries Ohio State Route 531 across the Ashtabula River in the harbor of Ashtabula. I will get better photos the next time I'm there.
