I’ve been sitting in this bay for 1:36 minutes with one coil to offload. I’ve watched them pass the crane remote to everyone except the guy that’s going to offload me. I stopped coming here about 3yrs because of this same issue. I see NOTHING HAS CHANGED. It starts at the top. It’s ok to be friends with upper management, but management has to capable of managing friendships with work requirements. If not, then this is the result.

They treat you literally like a slave. You work all week and aren’t capable of taking responsibility for their actions. They hire drunks and cracked out people and wait until after a near death experience to do something about them and osha come get them you can have fire extinguishers blocked

They keep firing people for no reason other than to keep their bottom line super low and they are liars about not finding aNyoNe wanting to work even though plenty of people get hired but they fire them all the time. They need to go under and get shut down for their sleazy tactics against working people . They are literally breaking federal law but because there is no union they are not ever held accountable.

Don't work here, they are letting go of everyone on weekend shift, and they also lie about how many hours u will have. Find something more permanent this place will not last. Also team leader are mostly in their 20's with little or no experience in that position, and do very little to help you and hide from you when you need them to work on something like they are scared of work, blows my mind . A lot of people there are either drunk or on something lol, If that's something u wanna work around.

Love working here and good money to be made

Topre is a very well organized and team leadership company I really enjoy working there and your coworkers are Awsome it’s is definitely a team leader ship and they don’t mind helping you when you need help
