Great first time at Top Golf. Our family had an amazing time here today. We are not by any stretch of the imagination good golfers, but it was fun and entertaining with the Angry birds game.

Always love coming here. Also celebrated a friend’s birthday this time. The staffs were really nice and helpful. Highly recommend the nachos and mac n cheese balls.

5/23 TopGolf Allen, TX. Family fun, fun, fun. Competitive golf play among 6 of us. Nice staff, great server and loads of parking. Fees are comparable to most any hourly events. Arcade, outdoor patio games, full bar for adults and cleanliness everywhere. Nice place

Top Golf Allen is a fantastic place to spend an enjoyable day! The overall experience was nothing short of outstanding. The facility is top-notch, offering a great selection of games that cater to all skill levels, from beginners to pros. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time. The service was impeccable. Our orders were promptly taken, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant, making it a perfect spot for both social gatherings and family outings.

Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone! Tried to book a bay online but it won't let you choose the type of seating you want. We will have 3 little ones with us (5, 3 and 11 months) and don't want those tall bar seats but instead need a bay with couch seating to keep little ones safe and from falling off those tall bar seats. This isn't an option online....not even if you're willing to wait a little longer for the seating you want and need. So I called the phone # listed with the location we want to go to hoping to speak to someone at that location but that's not an option either! WHAT?!? Got transferred to a general Topgolf person who said they can't transfer me to that location and they can't help me.reserve a bay with the couch seating. WHY? Customer service is so rare these days with most companies and sadly that includes Topgolf. I was polite, didn't demand anything, and didn't get upset but I did voice my opinion of what terrible customer service that is to not even allow me to speak to someone there. If they would add the option online to allow you to choose the type of sesting you'd prefer, a call wouldn't even be necessary. Maybe a lawsuit for a child who crawls in one of those tall chairs and falls and hurts themselves would be a good motivation to get them to add that option or at least allow you to speak to someone at the location you want to visit and ask if that's possible. The lady told me on the phone I would have to go up there to speak to someone and try to reserve a bay with couch seating. Really? That's the best you can offer? That's good customer service to you?

Popular spot for team events, attentive service and pretty good food (with the exception of dessert). The location isn’t the newest but parking is plentiful and it wasn’t busy at all on a Wednesday night.

We had fun but sometimes the computer was just wrong. Some games needed an explanation. Service was very good but overall was a very pricy activity for 3 people to have modest lunch with 2 sodas and first timers play in a bay the total spent overall was about $150. Overall felt like a combination of bowling, golf and billiards. A fun activity for Father's Day, and the more the merrier up to 6, but unlikely to do it again for a very long time unless people share the expense. Eat before you go. The food was not very good at all. More like cheap bowling alley food for about $13 per serving. Servers kept sodas filled and cleared plates promptly. Not very Autism friendly-noisy open bays like a bowling alley.

One of the oldest top golf. Systems are pretty slow and the balls doesn’t catch exact score and counts as zero. Not upgraded. Food station is so close by to the bay and super chaos.
