As a former hotel employee this guy is awesome, he tells it like it is and says what we ALL want to really say. I read the reviews and like him even more for his brutal honesty. We have never had a bad stay here, staff has always been helpful. I am looking forward to seeing how things progress!

I love the location and the beach is beautiful. You can hear the waves crashing from the outside of the room, On the second floor /top floor you can see the horizon but not the beach. It's right across A1A. Good eating restaurants/ bars less than half a mile away. Has the potential to be a very nice place with some remodeling and upgrades. Service was slack, had to get toilet paper ourselves.

Too bad you can't give negative stars. If you see this place just keep driving by. It is horrific! The amount of dirt and filth built up in this dump, it is like they haven't cleaned in years. As you will see in my pictures there is built up candy wrappers, and an old hairbrush and comb, dirt all over the walls, carpet with 30 years of filth. Do not go barefoot or your feet will turn black. When you put the shower floor towel down it turns black from the filthy floor. Don't bother renting the kitchenette rooms because they do not provide any pots, silverware, plates or cups. So I guess you have to bring your own. We stayed for 2 days and started feeling sick from all the black mold. The owner of this place has the worst attitude! 🙄 He started screaming at us so my husband told him to lower his voice but he just kept shouting and then proceeded to say "people like us shouldn't stay there." I guess he is racist as well?!? He definitely needs to be humbled. He shouldn't be screaming at everyone just because he is miserable for being part owner to such a dumpster fire of a Motel. All I can say is if he hates it that much try putting in a little effort, work and sweat to make it into a beach motel he can be proud of.

There was a panty liner that goes in the bottom of a swimsuit stuck on the back of the bathroom door. Mold all over in the bathroom. The tiles in the room were slick from residue from the fabuloso. We put down towels as stepping stones in the room because our feet were black on the bottom from the filth. No comforter, only a thin silky sheet. The air conditioner leaked water on the tile floor, again, we left towels sitting on the floor for that. The ironing board was stained up and had holes in it. The bathroom mirror was filthy. The sink also had mold and filth. There were crumbs and trash left from the previous renters on the floor. Every single day, we had to walk to the front desk to get new keys because they quit working. We called to have them bring us a new key, and on the 2nd day, he hung up on us and wouldn't answer the phone, saying "You're not my only customer." We walked to the front desk after that, every. Single. Day. For new keys. He told us it was because we put the keys beside our phones, when we would literally carry it straight from the desk and nowhere near our phones. The pool was rocky like someone said in their review. The view/location is nice, but that is it! The toilet wobbled when you sat down and the bathroom smelled like mold. The drapes were hanging by a few threads. This is a 1 star or less motel, it has the potential to be really nice if they put money into it and remodeled it or tore the motel down and built a new one, only because of the location. The baseboards were filthy, like others have posted, that is exactly how they look. The bathroom vanity area had been DIY remodeled by someone who had youtubed how to do it. I wouldnt set my toothbrush down around the sink how nasty it was. The Ceiling had been repaired with sheetrock, but never mudded back over to match the rest of the texturized ceilings. The light fixtures had holes around them larger than the fixtures, those also looked DIYed. The towels were the mini size for drying off. Don't stay here.

We’ve been going to Flagler Beach for 30 years and know that getting a room at a Beach Front Motel in not like getting a room at a chain hotel. Expectations are different. However, this place took Budget Motel to an absurd level. The drapes and sheers were shredded and had holes. See my pictures. If you have respiratory issues, the spray fabuloso so thick in the room, pretty sure it was used on the air conditioning. I left the door open for hours trying to air it out. No blankets. They use a satin sheet over a regular top sheet instead which I found sketchy. Fortunately, I had a blanket in my car. The bed skirt looked like it hadn’t been washed since it was originally put on. We looked for another place to stay, but because of the conditions of the beach which is being redone, we were stuck with this dive.

Rooms are very dated, not bad if you just want a place to sleep. They do serve breakfast although we didn’t have it because they don’t open till 9 AM. We are early risers for walks on the beach, etc. as were some other people that had to go elsewhere for breakfast. It is nice as it does have a swimming pool and it’s located directly across from the beach. the view is awesome as they do have sitting spaces, which is really nice. would’ve been nice to have breakfast upstairs on the second floor other than that it is a cute little place.

we stayed in room 209 , the room was perfect for a family : double bed full size fridge stove and oven . it’s nice and clean.. great service ❤️ we spent 3 nights . the pool was perfect and the beach is literally in front of the motel . the price for three nights was 300 . so economic!! 100% recommend

Visited this location 10 years ago and glad I came back. A bit disappointed that they are doing construction across the street at the beach, but I'm still going to enjoy the view in the morning. Jay at the front desk was AMAZING AND SUPER FRIENDLY. Great experience once again!!!
