I expected the worst from this place, but in reality everything turned out to be good. The place is moderately quiet, the neighbors were normal, not noisy, it’s clear that this is not a luxury apartment, but there is a roof over your head, a place to cook for yourself, a place to wash, and plus you can agree to rent for a long time.

Crazy woman working at front desk. I got checked in and settled into my room. It's in a bad area, so I used the chain lock. When I tried to leave my room to go get dinner, I realized that the chain lock was stuck. I called the front desk and the woman exasperatedly told me someone would come assist me. The ground person showed up with some tools... long story short, I ended up needing to disassemble the chain lock myself to get out, at which point the woman at the front desk refunded my money and kicked me out. Weirdest and most ridiculous experience. The place is in bad shape and management is nuts. Stay elsewhere!!

Very clean for what it looks like u would think it was a dump but really it's clean quiet and doesn't have any druggies running around all day and night and the staff has a zero tolerance for riff raff and will actually profile people as they show up and will deny them service before they can even ask. All in all I'm very satisfied with the place would be 5 stars if the rooms were a little bit cheaper and if the wifi didn't cut out when inside the rooms

Bad Wi-Fi they don't clean the rooms until like 7:00 or 8:00 at night but it is cheap at least which is the only reason I can afford to be here and have a roof over my head

The inn was very clean, as were the rooms. It is located in central Apache Junction, easy directions and access. The accomodations are quaint, but not seedy. The owners were on site, helpful, and very attentive. There were plenty of soaps, towels, and shampoos. I would like to note that this is not my first visit there, and every visit has been a good experience. On one visit, I dropped a very sentimental piece of jewelry in the room, and thought I lost it forever, however, the owners returned it and I am forever grateful! Good, honest, hardworking family run business that exceeds the economical cost of the rooms. Highly recommended!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I guess it's only fair to say why. THEY DONT WANT IT!!!! I own a local company in town and I am swamped with work. So much work that I had to bring in people to work from another state. I called last night and spoke to Neil who is the manager. I explained to him that I needed 4 rooms for the next 4 months. He said "sure!! I have several rooms available ". I know this to be true because the trail is a ghost town now that all the snowbirds left. He quoted me $400 a month plus tax per room. I said NO PROBLEM! I went the very next day to see the place in person and to iron out details with Neil. As soon as I walked in and told him who I was and that I was there to book the 4 rooms, he told me, well yelled at me, " I HAVE NO ROOMS! NO ROOMS FOR YOU! I don't want you here! Get out! " then a lady who was standing next to me also shouted " get out , no rooms "!! So I told him, " last night you told me you had 10 rooms??" He got louder yelling get out!! I politely smiled and said thank you and turned to leave. There was an older white gentlemen in the office as well. I assumed he was their maintenance man because I saw him outside doing work in a room. He turned to me and apologized. Said he was real sorry about what had just happened. I shrugged y shoulders and said in a loud voice " I guess my money isn't green enough for them..." Then I left. I spoke to several people at other establishments around the area and told them of my encounter. They all said Neil was a nutcase and a racist. Be warned........

Let me start by saying this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The owners an Indian couple are extremely rude and unprofessional, both him and his wife have no idea how to run a business , the husband will go into your room without warning!! And as a woman with kids, it was very concerning to me when he just barged into my room without warning. I did not feel safe or comfortable here. The place was not well kept very dirty bathroom and kitchen are gross and the a.c. was a joke! it was hot to say the least, they will not change your sheets ever!!!! The owner spends his day walking around just watching you (weird) so in a nut shell if you can avoid staying here by all means do!! This disgusting excuse for an "Inn and Suites" should be closed down!! don't give these people your money. Unless you don't mind a disgusting environment and dealing with grimey creeps, that are the owners! I wish I could give them a -1 star!!!!
