As a non-business customer I was underwhelmed. After several days of 'troubleshooting' and missing three completion milestones told them to stop work. After paying their examination fee of $80 I resolved my desktop issues with a new SSD and careful backup restores. They may be great for commercial companies, but they appear to be lackadaisical when it comes to private customers.

My aging laptop had slowed to a crawl when powering up, logging in and searching the internet. I was also running out of storage space on the C drive. Top Notch tech suggested reloading the operating system, adding more memory and upgrading the hard drive to a solid state model. Work was performed in a timely manner, upgrades were demo'd at Top Notch office and I brought home a greatly accelerated laptop that has been performing flawlessly! Really good guys. We're able to troubleshoot a home networking system that was "jerry-rigged" by the initial installer. Never worked better. Then, we're able to fix a hard drive failure in what appears to be an out of date system, put in by initial installer. And, best part is that they make themselves available, unlike the system's customer service.
