Our organization have been using Tools4Ever product called UMRA for some time now to manage users and contract accounts. When I first started working with the technician that created the automation process for us, we were still manually creating accounts. This was a huge process and very time consuming. With the implementation of UMRA, this freed up my time spent on manual creations and allowed me to focus on other issues. They also have a fantastic support system. After our automation process was put in place, any changes that needed to be done to modify any of the processes was handled very quickly. UMRA has certainly reduced my work load and I never have to worry about it because it works so well. I just recently had Tools4Ever to setup another routine for creating, disabling and re-enabling accounts for students in AD. I would fully recommend Tools4Ever because they have been a pleasure to work with.
