The best part about our meal was our very friendly and accommodating waitress, Stacy. The food, however, was another story, starting with the greasiest basket of onion rings we ever had. They actually squirted; I wish I were exaggerating. Just awful. The fish and chips weren't much better, though my husband's corned beef sandwich was good. Another minus: their water is absolutely over-chlorinated! We both ordered tea and could only taste chlorine. Please fix this, Too-Jay's there's no excuse for it. This restaurant has such a vast and good-sounding menu - it's too bad so much potential is squandered on mediocrity.

There's two dining rooms here, a front one and a back one. The set up is a bit odd but somehow it also works. The food is really good and like all places, it's prices have gone up considerably. I still choose to eat here because their food is clean and well presented. Also the service here is consistently friendly and helpful. It's got a NY fancy diner feel to it.

Took my mother here for dinner, and she said that everything tasted just like her grandmother's cooking. The latkes were crispy and delicious. Matzo ball soup was the best I ever had! Portions were plentiful and prices were reasonable for what you got. Our server was patient and attentive. We were too full to sample the desserts, but we will plan better next time 😁. We will definitely be going back, this is my new favorite restaurant!

Great breakfast! Guacamole Toast is phenomenal! If I wasn't from out of town, I'd eat there weekly! Recommend breakfast! Got great pastries to go as well.

Seemed to be too busy and understaffed. Service was just ok. Waiter seemed lazy. Shuffled as he "walked" around. Wore mask under nose, barely covering his mouth. Food was fresh and warm. Had corned beef sandwich. Meat piled high, but only covered about 60% of the bread. Coleslaw "passable". Not going to rush back. Long wait to be seated. No host/hostess. Seemed short on staff. Waited about 20 minutes for tables to be cleared to get seated.

When we first walked in we get hit with the smell of those fresh cookies being made. We were greeted by Sammy, after trying but failing to find our server Sammy decided to take our orders. Sammy was friendly, attentive, gave good recommendations that we enjoyed. Unfortunately Sammy appeared to be the only employee for some time as some tables were dirty with plates from previous guest and they remained there for a majority of our dinner. Hence the 3 stars for atmosphere. Also due to an issue outside of Sammy's Control something had to be sent back. But great effort and service from Sammy. Hope to see him with some help in the future

Serving sizes are good for the prices. Offer Pepsi products. Next time, they are going for dessert only, they look so amazing.

We went here for a snack & desserts, and it's actually good. The restaurant is clean and we had a friendly service. Try their cakes!!! 🍰
