This place is amazing! Stopped in on my way to South Carolina and was well worth the detour!
Chili Tamale dinner with cheese and onions are fantastic! Best tamales that I have ever had anywhere. Ask for some sour cream and jalapenos on the side. Oh so yummy! You can thank me later for the good advice. ;-)
I work at a big dealership where Tony who is the cook came into the dealership and asked 4 of us if we wanted to purchase Tamales. We each have him $20 each. He said he would bring them back the next day, It’s 3 months later and we still have not received them my dealership hired him to bring their food truck. Tony said he would bring the money back and it’s two weeks later and I still have not received it.this guys is a scam artist!!!
Please do not support this kind of business!
In the past, they were great. Today, they showed me firsthand why people get frustrated with small businesses and take their money elsewhere. How does a business close at 8, but almost 40 minutes before closing time refuse to take an order over the phone that THEY REQUIRE be called in (specialty item)?
Their reason given was that they've already cleaned for the night. The audacity of me as a customer to expect them to continue to work during their listed hours! I understand now why people have been looking at me strangely when I've mentioned wanting to eat there.
I came all the way from Orlando fl to try this place and the customer service is terrible. I will never spend my money here again. Your food is great however how you treat people is very important. It’s our money that’s keeping you in business
I stopped by for my Mom and I decided to get some too. I came in town to visit my from Ohio and the lady was very rude. My Mom told me sometimes they are cut up and she would like to make sure that they’re whole so I politely asked if she didn’t mind making sure they were all still whole (this was for the dinner). I’m definitely not used to the attitude when making a request at a restaurant. When I come back to visit this definitely will not be on my list. I thought MS was supposed to show southern hospitality. Smh very bad experience.
If you like Hot Tamales this is the #1 spot.
Whenever I go home I go there for the hot tamales. My sons got the red beans with rice and gumbo. They loved the food. Awesome! See you 2 months.

I'm a bit late in posting, but overall I still kept the pictures. Atmosphere was really unique and entertaining to say within the least. I really find it eye catching to have geek culture references as decor along with the menu being pretty whimsical
Such a cute sit down place! The vibe is really nice. They have seating out front as well as inside. I got a smoothie and the pesto chicken wrap for under 25. I would definitely return to this healthy food spot!
I got off work this past Friday night & I wanted something new & different. So I stopped by Newk's right here on Lake Harbour Dr. This was my very 1st time coming here. I ordered the full chicken bacon club sandwich & a cup of chicken tortilla soup.
Shuckers is one of my favorite spots in the reservoir area. Almost every evening these a band playing except maybe Mondays. Saturday nights they get pretty packed. The food is not bad. The best thing to me is their fried shrimp and catfish. They have
