Tony's Original Restaurants - Italian restaurant in Saginaw - 1029 Gratiot Ave, USA

One of my favorite places in the world to eat. Drove in fron San Antonio Texas and walked in at 7:35 pm, was told the dining room was closed and couldn't order. I remember when customer service was a thing. This is why I am happy to not live in this town any longer.

Always top notch service and the steak sandwiches are the best in the city!! Always treated with respect and friendliness. I'm a small business owner in the BBQ business so I pay close attention to the food service and this Tony's in EXCELLENT! Great cooks and frat service!

The wait staff sit there and stare at u. The kid with the stupid man bun sat there and cleaned off tables and used a dirty napkin off the table to clean his hands. Then wasn't going to wash his hands till I said something.. then we explain our order twice and they still get it wrong. This is what u call a hole in a wall for a Tony's restaurant. I do NOT recommend this place. Sad. Wish Tim's Tony's was open later then 2 🤷

Visited on Saturday and was absolutely hit with nostalgia. I needed a banana split the no one else can compare. I got my fix and some steak sandwiches too. Excellent. Grew up in Saginaw but there are some restaurants that are too close to my heart. Keep rocking on and I can’t wait until my next visit to Michigan.

Lived in Saginaw 3 years always have drove by. Decided to stop in there for a Date. Well all I can Say Is Food 5Stars. There frys On God were cooked prefect. The Bacon Cheeseburger Was A1. Only prllm I had was A Stupid Fly that wouldn’t leave me alone 😂. But definitely 10 Out of 10. Recommend this Location 👍🏻

My whoppy burger n fries was delicious nice n juicy n fried my fries medium cause i hate hard fries i was mad that the guy before grabbed my food n i had to wait to get my order recooked but i know it happens sometimes everyone were nice n we made a big joke bout everything cool staff

Food went down hill! Second hand fries, pieces of fries! Corn Beef sandwich is junks of corn beef and dry.

I was born and raised in Saginaw, so I know how good Tony's can taste. Normally I'm totally satisfied but that morning the breakfast was not as good. The service was great. The decor was very meh. I like the idea of dinner decor, but it doesn't have to be disheveled. The bacon was too soft. The hashbrowns were not tasty. Eggs and toast were fine. Simple breakfast should have tasted a lot better.
