Tried the yam and the mango sticky rice. Honestly both were okay but I wouldn’t go back. It’s just a small jar of coconut pudding with other stuff. I don’t like that they slip dairy into most things. I expected just coconut in the coconut pudding. I feel like it should be advertised as a dairy-coconut pudding.
One of the best desserts I have ever had!! We got the ear grey coconut pudding and the jasmine coconut pudding, and they were both super delicious. It’s creamy, and not too sweet.
Another thing I loved about their business was that they do not use any plastic containers or utensils for the puddings.
I will definitely go back.
Tong Sui has healthier desserts that are pricier (~$10.00) for a pudding. The "Strawberry Coconut Pudding" has 2 slices of strawberries on top. I noticed that the taste of the strawberry flavor and the coconut flavor were too similar for me to distinguish.
For next time, I'd try a different puddibg other than strawberry since there isn't a strong enough flavor difference between that and the coconut pudding. Otherwise, the consistency and smoothness was good.
Came here twice while visiting family because their seasonal watermelon drink with coconut and boba was so darn good and refreshing, could not resist. It’s definitely a heavier drink due to the added coconut, but wow, didn’t even need caffeine or any sugar added. Get it with 0 sugar and it’s naturally sweet enough.

Fun little spot. We had the strawberry coconut pudding and the coconut freeze drink. Both were refreshing and tasty without being heavy or too sweet. The reusable glass jars can be recycled for a free yogurt (bring in 10 clean jars). Not inexpensive but nothing in Palo Alto is…
love the concept, the puddings are really great and low / no sugar which is super great and rare. love the mochi and persimmon drink and pudding, but the mango sticky pudding had rice that was a bit hard and the mango more sour. very pricey at $10+ a pop, so not sure that makes sense.
Visited upon a friend’s strong recommendation, and it turned out to be a refreshing experience. We also do doordash the coconut pudding and strawberry drink, which added to the enjoyment. Overall, I’d rate the taste a solid 4/5 - quite satisfying! Tbh, it was a bit too sweet for me. I’ll definitely come back and try other things!
The Persimmon mochi coconut pudding tasted incredible. It was light, flavourful and not too sweet. I heard that it is usually sold old so I was glad that I got to try it.
