Mr. Thompson is very professional, polite, punctual, respectful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We tried to install an Arlo doorbell ourselves without any success. We contacted two different electric companies to assist us with the installation. One company installed a new transformer because we couldn’t find the existing one. It turns out they could not find the problem, and told us the camera was bad and left. The second time the same electrician came to our house and told us it was a camera problem and left in less than 5 minutes. We contacted another company, the electrician looked at the electrical connections and told us everything was fine and our problem was a bad camera. I contacted Mr. Thompson and he agreed to come over and take a look at our situation. He checked all electrical connections and realized we had an electrical problem and it was very dangerous to install the doorbell using the transformer installed by the electrician. He had a positive attitude and went the extra mile to resolve our problem. He spent a couple hours working with the doorbell and never give up like the electricians did. He explained the situation to us and provided a solution on the installation of the doorbell. His customer service is outstanding, if you are looking for company to install a surveillance system either in your house or business contact Mr. Thompson, you will not be disappointed.
