The people here are very professional and very friendly and their car wash does a very good job. Gwen even hand washed my floor mats for me and did an awesome job!

I love this car wash so much. It always makes my car look super Duper squeaky and clean after I get done cleaning it And you want to know what makes a good car wash. It definitely has to be the customer service. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing and how friendly everybody is at this car wash like I’m Talking five star on top of another five star everybody here is so nice and I definitely think one of my favorite person is Wyatt every time I come through the car wash, he has the nicest attitude and is always making sure he gives directions on where to go and what to do every time I come through. He always gives me a little story and it makes my day much better honestly if I were the manager, I would give Wyatt a $5000 raise, such an amazing job at his Workplace

Not recommended damage to vehicles . Will not admit they have a problem . Box full of parts off people's vehicles . Says that not responsible for damage.

Completely unimpressed would never come here again I have a brand new Dodge Charger that is completely scratched up half the time their car wash is not even working fully!! Several of the teenagers are very rude. My whole trunk is scratched all the way across. SMH

Apparently under new management. Update: This is why I don't write reviews. As I suspected, after rating this a week ago, I asked a friend to look for it. Tommy's has hidden my review. Used to go there frequently. No longer a fan of the service. Some of the same people, but not the same emthusiasm they used to have. Disappointing. Update: Willing to give them another try, took in bf's truck. They've gone downhill pretty fast. Worse than the last time. Only one guy there that seems to care about anything.

I've been a customer at Tommy's since I got a car I care enough about to clean. When I first started using Tommy's I got the unlimited package. Glad I did because when I started noticing the back of my car was never clean I was told, "just run it through again and we won't charge you for it." I asked if they could spray off the back and was told they aren't allowed to. At first I wasn't using the vacuum stalls to detail because it was cold so I thought, maybe it's just getting dirty on the ride home. Then when I said something again, they said "it was the timing that was off on the mechanism that washes the back and front. If it's not clean just run it through again, we won't charge you, but it should be fixed". So after learning it was in fact a problem with the system that seemed to be fixable, I'll keep going. It was fixed that time. But here I am again, after running it through, I parked to vacuum and detail my car and when I got to the back end...you guessed it, not clean, AGAIN. If whoever reads these reviews could allow your employees to spray it down before it goes through would be really great, pretty sure it will at minimum help the issue if the timing is not going to stay fixed. Especially for vehicles with tailgates and bumpers with nooks and crannies like mine. I love the rest of the wash and the clean environment for detailing at the vacuum stalls but for $34.99/month I'd like to only have to go through once. I usually go thru on lunches or in between dropping kids off at one place or another so time is usually of the essence as I'm sure is true for most customers.

I normally never write reviews, but my experience is here absolutely unacceptable, and customers should be aware. I used to wash here every day, only car wash I went to. If I could give 0 starts I would. The counter service is great, have great people working there. The site manger Gary Scott is a slime ball, I would advise you to take your car somewhere else unless you want damage done to your vehicle and for Gary to make up excuses and hold himself accountability. I filed a complaint about the damage done to my right front wheel. After his investigation that took weeks, he comes back and says on the 26th my wheel has no damage, on the 27th when I come back the damage was done mind you I have absolutely no curb rash, my paint is just missing in spots on my right front tire. The best part is he try’s to hide my rim through blurry photos for the 26th then just circles the front of the photo the only spot you can barely see clearly. Yet on the 27th he sends me a complete clear photo of my tire with the damage. The position of my car puts the damage on the back of my wheel in the photo, that being said with the position of my car in the photo for the 26th he just circles the one area that’s clear and says there is no damage. He’s not even trying to show me a full photo of my wheel on the 26th but yet the damage wasn’t there cause he chose where to circle instead of showing me my whole wheel. Make it make sense, you’re willing to show my whole wheel on the 27th when you said I came back with damage but you’re not willing to show me my whole wheel on the 26th? We as customers trust you to do the right thing, not trying and work the system so you don’t have to hold yourself accountable. I will post the photos so you can see the difference, why send one blurry photos and one crystal clear, it shows he’s not wanting me to see my whole wheel on the 26th. Also he’s completely aware that the position of the car can change where the damage is, so why is he sending me a blurred photo just circling the front of the wheel and the clear photo the damage is in the back. His photos shows he’s a slime ball without me even saying anything the the funniest part about it all. He thinks we’re ignorant costumers. I would strongly advise using any other car wash here, once Tommy express damages your vehicle you will be left to deal with it yourself.
