Tommy quickly diagnosed my computer issues and presented a plan to fix them. Very knowledgeable about Windows PC issues. I thought I had lost files due to corruption but Tommy found everything. I sat there as he repaired everything and explained each step. Very reasonably priced. Call for an appointment. He does not work on Mac or tablets. I would highly recommend him.

On top of the repair, he taught me a ton about my PC, and gave solid recommendations for upgrades-- all while maintaining a very interesting and wide ranging conversation. So I called him and he told me to bring my PC to his shop. And he wasted no time and got to work on my PC. And said he would call me when my PC was ready. And in less then 12 hours he gave me a call to let me know my PC was ready to be picked up.
