Seriously too expensive for outlet products. Nice things, but not a lot of choices. I really don't like it here. Feels like a rip off. HOWEVER, the young blonde girl with braces was Exceptional! She was yelled at by a customer to find someone to get on the register. They asked her if she was the only one working and she said no but would gladly come across the store and help them, and did. She remained pleasant. There was a guy on two phones standing off the the side speaking rapid foreign language. Doing nothing. I got the feeling he worked there but was zero help. He wasn't shopping either. Just rude. I'd hire the girl in a heartbeat. I'd fire the man.

Alyssa & Jeff went above and beyond with their customer service during my visit today. Alyssa called another store for a shirt that my boyfriend liked and had it placed on hold. Jeff was very nice at check out & signed me up for a loyalty program to save 15%! Thank you so much for your help!

My fiance and I were there December 2nd, near the end of the day, so as expected it was really busy. When I walked in I was immediately drawn to a vest that I loved! Unfortunately they didn't have it in my size. A sales associate, James, came over and mentioned that they may be able to find it online. By the time I walked to the counter, he already had it pulled up, ready for me to order. James you're the best. My vest should be here any day now and I cannot wait. Thank you

Birch Run CK is one of my favorite CK stores. All sizes always available and plenty of models and designs can be found there compared to other CK stores I have visited.
Don't be confused. The Birch Run Marketplace is not a discount shopping experience. Some very nice stores. Plenty of resteraunt's, gas stations and motels. About 10 miles from Frankenmuth.
The employees were very helpful. The lady measured to make sure the shirt and coat fit perfect. Thanks for the help.

I'm sure you have heard of Tony's I75 Restaurant! But if you have not...I highly recommend stopping in! It's worth the road trip! Huge portions. Fresh Meat! There's no way you leave here hungry!
The staff was very nice and helpful. They even gave my son a free stuffed animal on top of his free ice cream he got. They even gave my wife a free little ice cream bowl also. I would highly recommend this location especially if you have kids.

Hotel is clean. We used the pool and hot tub 2 nights. Both were clean. Room was clean. Front desk staff were both pleasant and got us what we needed. Breakfast options was plentiful to choose from. Will definitely stay when back in the area.
Big selection of Nikes and great deals! They even have a wall of clearance shoes. The clothing was also on sale. I always find Nikes that I like at this store. It's a gem to the Birch Run mall! Staff was helpful and nice.
