As a new business, starting from grassroots, Tomlin Technology has been exceptional in helping my new business get up and running from a technology standpoint! From day one, Zach and Janae have gone out of there way to help me be successful in opening on time. They got all of our computers programed and security measures in place, and set up set-up our office Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc, making sure everything was working smoothly. Additionally, as a small medical practice, that has so many rules and regulations associated, Zach was extremely knowledgeable in the HIPAA security laws and requirements necessary, which alleviated me from having to worry about this. They were so helpful and supportive of local and small businesses and what it takes to help get off the ground. If you are in search of or need an IT company, I highly recommend Tomlin Technologies. Horrible go elsewhere. Walked in after climbing 2 stories and told u should have made appt. Man on computer watching a movie. . Told girl who makes appts isn't here. Men explained numerous times I am new and after I explained my issue told we do business accounts we might be able to do something remotely. Messaging his boss Zach who was out of office and told when Zach returns he has something important to do and can't help us. They are not repeat not an advocate for those who have personal issues with their computer.

I walked into Tomlin Technology and they were so quick to assist and help me with my daughter's tablet issues. The entire team was willing to stop what they were doing and help, and I highly recommend their services. Very customer service oriented and knowledgeable!

Absolutely perfect service. This is a 5 star company. Liam was my tech and was able, from start to conclusion, hold my hand through the detailed process of building my CPU. I feel like I have a college degree in computer science after visiting with him! Tomlin Technology, Inc is AWESOME! This is second time I have used them and I am not disappointed! They were able to hook me up with new computer, monitor, dvd drive, web cam, keyboard and mouse. Liam was my service tech and he took the time with me in explaining everything! I actually came home and connected all the new equipment with no problem, due to his precise explanations. He remotely connected my printer afterwards. What a relief knowing this company is a phone call away when I do run into a glitch. Highly recommend this company!!!!
